Excellent Service
Pros:

It's mine and my family/ friends favourite hotel since it has opened up.
Staff always willing to take my feedback back as areas of learning and development as I am regular traveller world wide too.
I feel I am home when I am there although most of the time I attend as a solo traveller.
The pool, jacuzzi and all bars including restaurants are well maintained and Staff do provide special requirements for me as I am very concerned about what I eat.
Well done 👏
Glad to hear the management is considering glass water bottles instead of plastic bottles in the room.

Cons:

Mr.Ramsheed (front office manager) has good knowledge about how to resolve and manage challenging situations.
But need to be more sensitive about what he says especially if his target is about bringing more business (money) to the hotel.
Never underestimate the knowledge of customer especially me as few incidents which took place I was not happy about.
I have expressed my views to Ravi and Menaka. Hope they both have explained my concerns as I want to continue my stay in the future too. Hope Ramsheed will consider my feedback as areas of improvement too.

Wonderful stay at Marino Beach Colombo
Pros:

Property is beautiful and customer service was fantastic! We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in Colombo. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is gorgeous

Lovely relaxing time.
Pros:

We loved the service from everyone - from front desk to pool to restaurant to bars - every member of staff was amazing. We also enjoyed the roof top pool and our room was very nice.

Cons:

We didn’t like the area as much as some others we saw on our tour.

Alles tip top! Leuke tuin en infinity pool. Supervriendelijke mensen. Lekker en uitgebreid buffet voor dinner en breakfast. Kregen gratis upgrade naar Signature room en door onze late vlucht mochten we verder gebruik maken van zwembad en tuin. Taxiservice aan competitieve prijzen.
