Rooftop incroyable. Le confort total des chambres. La gentillesse du personnel !!!
Et lækkert storbyhotel, dejligt værelse med altan og fantastisk udsigt, havet foran kun adskilt af vej og togbane. Gratis shuttlebus til privat strand og byrundtur. Flot infinitypool, have og poolbar på 10 etage. Kvalitets morgenmadsrestaurant, der ikke virkede crowded selv i rush hour, og mulighed for at sidde på den udendørs terrasse med havudsigt.
Fortrød, vi ikke brugte turens sidste 2 dage her, så vi havde set mere af Colombo, og kunne nå at spise i Lotus Tower.
Den kinesiske restaurant på 10 etage var næsten tom på dagen og maden kedelig.

While the location (ie the view) was amazing, I feel that the surrounding area lets it down a bit. The Marino Mall, while adequate, felt a bit run down and the ‘food court’ was disappointing.

Beautifully maintained property with a view of the ocean, extremely helpful and courteous staff, and a private beach lounge with lifeguards on duty. The breakfast buffet, the easy access to the Marino Mall, the in-house dining options and of course the infinity pool all made us want to come back soon!

Staff at the lobby, taxi counter, restaurant and concierge were lovely and so so helpful. They would go above and beyond to help me and my family every time we had a request
We arrived late in the night at 1am and were surprised to see the cot we requested hadn’t been set up in our room. Not a huge deal, but caused further delay with a tired and crying baby.
The staff at the rooftop areas were also extremely strict and inflexible. We were in Sri Lanka for our wedding and had many guests whom we hadn’t seen in many years visiting and to meet our baby for the first time. For ease, we would invite our family to our hotel to meet us as its difficult to travel around with a baby.
However, we were very shocked at how they were treated at the rooftop areas. We made sure to go up at the least busy times early in the morning when there was a lot of free space. But on every occasion the staff would tell our guests they could not sit with us by the pool or at the bar to save space for others. I would have understood had it been busy, but every-time it was completely empty or close to empty. It was extremely disappointing and difficult with a baby to have to go to another space with limited open space which then caused trouble for our child.
