Schönes Apartment mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Schönes geräumiges, modern eingerichtetes, ruhiges Apartment mit guter Verkehrsanbindung.
Leider im Moment durch Straßenbauarbeiten nicht unbedingt barrierefrei zu erreichen.

Cons:

Dicke Staubschicht auf den Kleiderschränken,
instabile Spültisch - Armatur, defekter Waschbecken - Abfluss im Bad.
Fehlende Bedienungsanleitung (Fernsehen)

Nada son apartamentos vacíos sin muebles comodidad 0 muchas escaleras sin televisión es una vergüenza q la televisión estuviese de vista no se lo recomiendo a nadie me engañaron en Booking pone 1350 eur y me cobraron 1950 eur y como lo Page por adelantado , Booking le chaba la culpa a el apartamento y el apY a Booking lo q sí q yo. Quien le reclamo la diferencia en fin unamierda de apartamentos,q no aya televisión es de vergüenza.

Es una mierda e apartamento sin televisión y con 5 niños manda huevos y me engañaron con el precio una diferencia de 550 eur de más me cobraron una mierda de apartamento sin muebles sin televisión

This property took way more money from my bank than what was stated on my "final charge" on the booking conformation. The owner is also very rude and unhelpful.

Heerlijk appartement dicht bij Basel
Pros:

Fijn, groot schoon appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers. Toegang via een sleutelbox waarvan je de code ontvangt.
Oven, magnetron, wasmachine en droger zijn aanwezig.

De locatie is prima. Met tram 10 of 17 (halte op een paar minuten lopen van het appartement) ben in een kwartier in de binnenstad van Basel.
Vraag om de Baselcard voor gratis openbaar vervoer en korting op sommige musea.

Cons:

Niets (een schaar zou handig zijn🥴, die ontbreekt nu. )

We liked that the apt is big and spacious, clean and has 2 bedrooms and a terrace. The apt was clean. Also a great thing was the parking.

Cons:

We didn't like the weak lights in every room in the apt, the lack of elevator (we were on the last floor). The terrace light didn't work at all. The is not a single chair in the whole apt., neither in the kitchen (there are benches) nor in any of the bedrooms. When you undess before going to bed you should leave your clothes on the floor. The sewage in the bathroom was extremely stinky. The place didn't meet my expectations for a Swiss customer experience, I was looking for much more. Prices are alike in Germany, but the customer's experience there is levels above.

In de buurt waren restaurants. Bliss is een aanrader. In de buurt zat een supermarkt.(Coop)

Μηδενικός σεβασμός προς εμας! Έξτρα χρεώσεις χωρίς δικαιολογία αφού φύγαμε!

Δυστυχώς η ελλειψη σεβασμου προς εμάς και η υπερωψία απο την διαχείρηση δεν μας άφησε τίποτα όμορφο απο αυτο το σπίτι!

Cons:

Πρώτα η ανταπόκριση από τον διαχειριστή! Έπειτα, ο δρομος είναι ένα εργοτάξιο έξω από τα διαμερίσματα κάτι που πιστεύω θα έπρεπε να μας ενημερώσει για να έχουμε στα υπόψιν μας καθώς η είσοδος στον χώρο στάθμευσης ήταν δυσκολη και υπήρχε πολλή φασαρία κατά τη διάρκεια της μέρας! Μας χρέωσε έξτρα λεφτά για χώρο στάθμευσης ανά την ημέρα και δεν είχαμε χώρο στάθμευσης για το δικό μας διαμέρισμα και έτσι υπήρχε βράδυ που δεν βρήκαμε χώρο να παρκάρουμε! Όταν τον ρώτησα η απάντηση ήταν πως έπρεπε να παρκάρουμε κατά τη δική μας βούληση, δηλαδή όπου βρούμε! Γιατί μας χρέωσε τότε CHF 35 ανά την ημερα δεν κατάλαβα πότε! Έπειτα τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ μικρά και άβολα και ενώ ειμασταν 5 άτομα έβαλαν πετσέτες για 4 και όταν έστειλα ξανά η απάντηση ήταν να ανοίξω τον καναπέ και να τα πάρω από την μία τσάντα κάτι που απόρησα γιατί δεν είχαν κάνει η ιδιοι αφού εγώ δήλωσα 5 άτομα! Τελικά πετσέτα μπάνιου δεν υπήρχε σε αυτή τη τσάντα έτσι μείναμε με 4! Οι νεροχύτες και το μπάνιο ήταν όλα βουλωμένα, το σπίτι δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό και πολύ φτωχά εξοπλισμένο! Είχε ελάχιστα κουζινικά και καθόλου καθαριστικά! Προσωπικά δεν το συστήνω μόνο και μόνο για την αφιλόξενη συμπεριφορά από τον διαχειριστή. Ο συγκεκριμένος προφανώς επειδή έκανα αρνητική κριτική στο booking.com για το κατάλυμα του με χρέωσε οταν έφυγα CHF 100 υποτίθεται για εγγύηση και αρνείται να μου τα δώσει πίσω χωρίς καμία εξήγηση και μιλώντας μου χυδαία στο chat και χωρίς κανένα σεβασμό επειδή του είπα οτι θα τον κάνω report στο booking! Έχω ηδη προχωρήσει με report και ο λόγος που το γράφω και εδώ ειναι για να ξέρετε και να προσέχετε!

Personeel zijn zeer rasistich!!!!

Huis was goed! Was niet onze eerste keer maar de manier hoe de personeels met ons communiceerde was zeeeeeer onacceptabel! Ze noemde mij brutale Ali en Mohammed! Dit is racisme!!!

Top appartement met alles voorhanden

Cons:

Er werd aangerekend voor de parking, maar eigenlijk heeft ieder appartement een parking. Dus eigenlijk 35€ teveel betaald naar mijn mening.
Ze hadden ook even mogen meegeven dat er wegenserken voor de deur zijn, waardoor de gps even in de war was door de gewijzigde verkeerssituatie (eenrichtingsverkeer)
