The rooms are nicely done and well maintained, very comfortable to stay in. Service and staff are great. The location was perfect.

Pros:

The good point of this hotel is the proximity to the bus station and the Sapa market. The staff speaks English and some Mandarin, has been friendly and helpful.

Sadly the good point is also the bad point. The close proximity to the market and the bus station means that there will be some noise in early morning and late night.

Pros:

The location is very good walking distance to main bus station. Also easily walkable to major historical attractions. Room is big & clean, decorations and furnitures are all boutiques in good taste and unique style. The weekend breakfast was amazing as compare to weekday, mix of western and local VN delights. The staffs all with smiles and helpful.
