Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel. 24 hour check in which was very convenient when arriving late from Ha Giang. A bit noisy on the street but otherwise no complaints!

I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent; lots of varieties;
Rooms are big enough for 2 people.
Location is excellent as it is in front of the big public market.

Cons:

Need walking in shower, but I think we got bath tub instead.
However, I should have requested for rooms with walk-in shower.

Terrible location, unbearably noisy, unfriendly staff, poor value. Never staying here again.
Pros:

The room is spacious, and the furnishings are nice.

Cons:

I had to stay here unexpectedly due to the bus suspension caused by a landslide, but the location right in front of the market was unbearable. The noise was constant, with loud music going on until late at night.
Although the room was spacious and nicely decorated, the staff were unfriendly and the value for money was terrible. Definitely not worth staying here.

土砂崩れによるバスの運休で急遽ここに泊まることになりましたが、市場の目の前という立地は最悪でした。騒音がひどく、夜遅くまで大音量の音楽が鳴り止みません。
部屋は広くて内装のセンスも悪くはありませんが、スタッフの態度は冷たく、コスパも最悪。泊まる価値はまったくありません。

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel is clean to a fantastic standard. Very spacious room
Pros:

The breakfast didn't seem to be available when i went up as they had closed it before the time advertised. Second day, they made breakfast to order, very lovely omelette with fresh, crispy baguette and fresh fruit.

Cons:

The gym facility advertised was not what was showcased on the pictures.

Comfy but noisy!
Pros:

Room was lovely, spacious, comfy bed. Staff were helpful and allowed us an early check in after we arrived in sleeper train, and a late check out too.

Cons:

So noisy! Market outside the windows sets up from 4.30am. Lots of traffic noise and beeping horns. Nightclub music from nearby going on til early hours!
Other guests shouting in the corridors. Very poor fitness centre in basement - 3 v old machines and a selection of not very heavy weights!

Good location, kind and helpful staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
Pros:

Room was huge, location was just right across the market. When we arrived, my 2 kids were both unwell and one had just vomitted on the car ride to the hotel. We changed plans and wanted to check in early to let the kids rest up first before heading out. The hotel was very kind to help make arrangements and accomodate our last minute request. We were very grateful for the kind gesture.

Cons:

Breakfast spread was minimal.

Comfy bed, good breakfast

Cons:

Had a room facing the road which was extremely noisy. The market across the street started setting up at 4 am, so we couldn't sleep due to road noise, people shouting and the sound of car horns.
