What a fantastic hotel in a beautiful location.
Immaculately clean, quiet and super comfortable at the most amazing value.
A very early arrival, we left our bags and explored the city. When we got back our bags had been delivered to our room.
Coffee and water available 24/7
I would highly recommend.
Great access to train/subway stations and sightseeing spots. Super clean, safe, friendly staff but the room was tiny for 3 people.
The building itself seems a bit dated, the room was not dirty at all, but our carpet was stained. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the sakurajicho station which is quite convenient. There is also a FamilyMart close by so overall a good hotel/location.
Stayed here a couple of times. Rooms are very small like most Japanese hotels but apart from this it's all good. Staff very helpful, especially the lady who helped us get a taxi at 5am when we checked out. Thank you! Location is fantastic. Clean and convenient. Would definitely recommend.
Everyone is so friendly and help us.
But I could not open the window when I felt
hot in my room, because it was broken.
this property has very high end taste and you can the beauty of art even from the pictures on the wall, cafeteria etc, highly recommended, only thing is the breakfast is a bit of pricy and not too much choice to eat
Pros:
- new decoration, modern style.
- room is big, in competitive price.
- with great breakfast restaurant next to the hotel, several famous fried porkchop and udon restaurants nearby.
Cons:
- 10 mins walk from JR, need to go through some stairs.
- window of my room facing the bridge at same level, people walking on the bridge can easily see my room, need to close the curtain all the time.
Easily accessible to the rest of the city.
Location is great from cruise drop off shuttle. Bed is too small for a couple. Couldn't sleep well because of the bed
Stay was good. Staff very friendly. Rooms are very small
I don’t like the train making noise all night long even I requested a quiet room. The air conditioning stopped automatically
The staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful location, easy and walking distance from a train station. We had a corner room which had an amazing view of the water and city. The room was dated but comfortable. Took a taxi to the mall and restaurants. There is a family mart down the street and a Lawson maybe a couple of blocks away. I love the elevated pathway. You don’t need to deal with traffic to get around the immediate vicinity. Walking distance to the Yokohama landmark building where there is a gorgeous view of the city on the 65th floor(1000 yen). Walking distance to the gondola ride to an amusement park with the famous Ferris wheel.

Good customer srrvice
All staffs are super friendly and helpful. Our stored luggages were delivered to our rooms before we checked in later at night. Lobby’s size is small but well designed and clean. Room is a bit old but tidy and clean. Hotel price is very affordable and fair. This was the second time to rent it.
The most dismerit was the free and self help coffee. One of the worse I ever had. Despite the coffee, it is a very nice hotel for consideration.
Comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy, staff is welcoming and helpful. Though I said no view there was a view of the building next door, we did not open the drapes because there would be no privacy.
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
It was really great for our couple days’ stay
5 minutes walk to transportation. Price is reasonable. Friendly staff and super clean
Great
