Très près de la gare de Saint Pancras, l’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé. Je vous conseille toutefois de demander une chambre côté cour, car la rue peut être assez bruyante jusqu’à minuit.
Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et vraiment serviable. Gros point positif : vous pouvez laisser vos valises à l’arrivée, avant de récupérer votre chambre, et également à la fin de votre séjour. C’est très pratique pour pouvoir profiter de Londres et vous promener tranquillement sans être encombré par vos bagages.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel.
en sortant de l hotel prener à droite et remonter l avenue pendant 5 minutes vous trouvez plein de restaurants pour déjeuner ou diner

noise from the tube trains.. the walls and things rattle, sounds from corridor, not easy to sleep late in the night - bring good ear plugs!

The rooms are very small. Perfect for short stay, but I would have struggled with a larger suitcase.
Great location and really helpful staff
Locatie zit erg gunstig. Je wandelt in minder dan 10 minuten naar Easton Square en in 13 minuten naar St. Pancras. Kamers zijn ook goed schoon en personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Het bed is wel aan de kleine kant. Alleen was dit prima te doen, maar ik moet er niet aan denken hier een aan aantal nachten met twee in bed te moeten.

Unfortunately we infestation if ants in room . I opened my handbag on the train home a d horrified when a dozen ants appeared
The room was clean and comfortable for a nights stay, we had a double and a single bed for a family of 3. Everything in the room worked.
We asked the lady on the desk on arrival if she could book us a taxi for 5.30am to take us the the train station, which she said was no problem. In the morning no taxi showed up, the man on the desk had no idea what we were talking about, and when asked if he could book us a taxi he just kept on trying to call the lady from reception the night before. I had to quickly download apps and book a taxi (not from london) and we arrived at the station 15 minutes late. Found this very stressful!
Místo bylo dobře dostupné místní dopravou a hlavně kousek od Metra. Vše bylo čisté a hezké. Velmi milá a příjemná obsluha ubytování, 24h. recepce, velmi ochotná a vstřícná. Každý den krásně uklizeno, hezká a čistá koupelna. Káva a čaj k dispozici včetně varné konve.
Obyvatelný prostor byl velmi malý, pro tři osoby. Špatně umístěná klimatizace, která pokud jste ji chtěli použít tak foukala přímo na spící osoby. Bohužel jsme trefili horké počasí přes 35 stupňů, takže bez klimy hrůza a s klimou jsme se nachladili.
