Friendly staff nice location but room cramped
Pros:

Friendly staff, reception helpful, beds comfy, good location

Cons:

Very 'crowded' room, barely room to walk about! Room overlooked main road so was noisy 2nd bed crammed up against window, so had to struggle to close curtains,

Très bon emplacement, joli hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil , toujours souriant et très disponible.
Nous avons réservé deux chambres. L'une des deux était un peu étroite mais propres et confortable.
Salle de bain et toilettes dans chacune des chambres.
Hôtel très proche de la gare d'Euston . A 10 minutes à pied de King Cross et de Camden Market. Très bien !

Cons:

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.

The location was amazing, the staff also were so friendly and helpful

The room was not cleaned the best, stains on the sheets also,the shower gel had no pump lid either so couldn't use it which was inconvenient when you packed light

A very pleasant stay, very convenient location.

A bit noisy, on a main road, could hear other guests coming and going, cleaner hoovering before check out on a Sunday morning woke me up.

Very nice, Staff was very kind and helping, the beds was comfortable, it was nice

The place was nice, and tidy, and staff was kind, the shower wouldn’t close is my only issue, and the water was going on the floor outside the shower, but overall it was fine, I’d go again

The shower door was broken, and couldn’t be shut so water went everywhere, we had to use an extra towel to clean it all
