Pros:

Nada. Chegamos perto da meia-noite e estava tudo fechado. Ligamos e após insistência atenderam, dizendo que não conseguiam ir lá. Tivemos que arranjar outro Hotel, no momento, em Ourense.
Reclamamos e o próprio Booking disse que não conseguia contactar o Hotel. Cobraram 144 euros. Uma vergonha!!!!

Pésimo no es 24h.

Hice la reserva según el hotel es 24h. Llegué a las 11pm estaba cerrado. Llamé por Telef no me atendieron al momento. Un señor muy mayor se asomó por la ventana del edificio de al frente gritando que que quería. Le dije que yo tenía una reserva. Bajo me grito que esas no eran horas que el ya estaba durmiendo que así no son las cosas que hay un "horario" y un montón de cosas más a lo cuál le indique que no tenía la culpa de que en su publicación de booking diga abierto 24h y no fuese real. Me tiro las llaves y no me explico ni en que piso era la habitación. Y otras cosas más pero en resumen una experiencia terrible. NO VOLVERÍA nunca más.
