Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness and 'very clean' rooms; isolated mentions of a dirty toilet seat and missing soap, but overall cleanliness is consistently reported as excellent.
Service
6.5
Service is mixed: self-checkin works but many guests note no staffed reception after evening hours and limited ability to contact staff, though some reports mention friendly staff when present.
Location
10
Location is repeatedly highlighted as a key positive (walking distance to the airport, ~10 minutes) and ideal for early flights; this is the most consistently praised feature.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms are new, modern, spacious and beds comfortable, but negatives include lack of air conditioning, interior glass bathroom doors reducing privacy, and disturbance from ongoing renovations.
Amenities
6
Several guests report missing or inadequate amenities: no air conditioning, no kettle, missing soap or broken dispenser, empty TV batteries, no hooks or mosquito nets — overall amenities are noticeably lacking.
Value for Money
9.2
Many reviewers describe the hotel as good value for money and great for short airport stays; a minority felt price was high given renovations and missing amenities, but overall sentiment on value is positive.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Breakfast is generally reported as good or very good by multiple guests, though a few found it only 'just ok' or dry; overall F&B is seen as a positive aspect.
Overall Experience
9
Guests consistently appreciate the proximity to the airport, clean modern rooms and good breakfasts, while renovation noise, lack of AC and limited evening staff detract; net experience is strong for airport stays.

Ideale Lage.
