Pros:

Very fun hotel! We had the Dinosaur Wonderland room and it was great and thoroughly themed. The room had all the essentials. The location was very nice as well. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

We wished the additional breakfast had some more vegetable and vegetarian options. Otherwise there were enough variety.

Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Henn na Hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions within easy reach.

The absolute highlight for our youngest son was, of course, the dinosaurs! 🦖 He was completely fascinated by them and loved the unusual check-in experience. It made the hotel much more memorable for him than an ordinary city hotel – definitely a fun touch when travelling with children.

Our room was comfortable and the hotel worked very well as a base for our family while exploring the city.

A great choice for families looking for a convenient location combined with something a little different and fun. Our youngest will certainly remember the dinosaur hotel! 🦖😊

Great location
Pros:

The property is well located, easy to access and you do everything yourself. I like it. I also liked that there is a dinosaur at the reception and I love the fact that you can storage your luggage without inconvenience anyone.

Cons:

The room was a bit crowded with unnecessary things and the bathroom was a bit smelly when not in use. The window was to a wall so no natural ventilation/light in the room. I could not figure it out the robot in the room unfortunately and there were no one to ask.

Locatie is perfect, midden in bruisend Namba.
Let wel op: De kamers zijn goed ingericht maar klein.
Wij hadden voor 3 weken Japan redelijk wat bij en dat paste net.

Cons:

Geen kastruimte en de tapijttegels lagen los.

Un super séjour en famille à Osaka avec des dinosaures
Pros:

Hôtel thématique très drôle situé dans le quartier Shinsaibashi/Namba d'Osaka. Facile d'accès grâce a plusieurs stations de métro et train, l'hôtel est vraiment drôle et nous avons adoré le concept. La chambre dinosaure est adorable et mon fils s'est éclaté à l'intérieur grâce a tous les jouets et livres mis a disposition. En ce qui concerne les considérations plus adultes, les lits et oreillers étaient vraiment confortables, les chambres bien insonorisées, et tous les accessoires de toilette étaient disponibles. Le service de conciergerie des bagages le jour du check-in et du check-out est également très pratique !
Le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant attenant est correct.
En résumé : une super expérience en famille !

Cons:

Il a fallu appeler le staff humain au moment du check-in car le QR code du pré-check-in ne fonctionnait pas sur les machines et la recherche par nom non plus.

Comfortable, clean fun hotel in a great location

Great location - right in americmura...close to nambe - tonnes of shopping, eating, drinking, entertainment options nearby. hotel is basic but it has everything you need. as long as you are not overburdened with luggage. it has dinosaurs. checkin is smooth

一樓的製冰機很讚
有洗衣機(3公斤700yen但烘不乾需要額外多烘半小時)
床比較硬支撐感很夠（單純個人喜好）
冷氣超冷（爽）

廁所有味道
枕頭矮 睡到脖子酸（單純個人喜好問題）
床頭的地方灰塵很厚讓人坐床上不敢靠
