I've been visiting Japan for years and this is the worst hotel I've stayed at.
Cons:

There is not a single good thing I can say about this hotel. I'm shocked by the positive reviews, but we had zero pleasant experiences.
Staff is slow, incompetent and always says "this is not my job, not my department" (literally the lady at breakfast whom we asked to turn down the AC a bit given it was blowing full force at 16°C. She said she doesn't really work here so no).
They don't have reception. There are 2 dinosaurs and good luck figuring anything out with them.
Any issue you have (mind you, we reserved 16 rooms!!) you wait for 30 minutes before having any question answered.
No laundry option.
They refuse to call taxi for their own customers!!! Either in advance or when you're already at the reception.
The taxi numbers they provide don't work for international customers.
Breakfast is onigiri, piece of sweet bread and juice. That's literally it. No fruit, no eggs, no other option.
Theres 4 tiny tables for breakfast so people have to eat in their rooms.
WiFi works whenever its Monday, otherwise no - claimed by all 22 people in our group.

Hôtel fonctionnel et bien placé
Pros:

Hôtel fonctionnel et propre tout près de Dotonbori. Des snacks sont à disposition pour le goûter. L'arrivée autonome est assez facile face aux dinosaures.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est industriel et très moyen. Les chambres sont assez petites.
