Great hotel, outstanding value for money.
Pros:

Second stay in four days. Gym now open and very good. Top floor bar excellent again. Room large and comfortable. Outstanding service from the staff, especially those in the bar.

Great bar, good location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and a reasonable size. The top floor bar was very attractive, with good views, great service, good food and a great live band playing. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, though lacked things like muesli, granola, seeds and nuts. Great location for catching trains from Gubeng station.

Cons:

The towels were tending towards grey rather than white. The gym was temporarily closed for renovation (reopened the day I left).

Room so clean & i really like breakfast menu, so many variant. But lift is only 2 and sometimes we need more times to wait it.

Great service, delicious breakfast, and a truly enjoyable experience.
Pros:

We had the best breakfast of our entire trip. There were so many options, and they offered a great variety of local dishes — it was like a food museum for us! We wanted to try everything. It would be even better if they could add English names for each dish.

Very good place and foods
Pros:

Very good foods. The taste of the foods are balanced. Not too sweet not too sour or too salty. The place is so luxurious where the seats are comfortable, the design and layout of the room looks fancy and inviting. I will give this 4,5 out of 5. The location of the hotel is strategic enough.
