Not good, but the hotell manager cancelled my booking for free so that’s good
Pros:

They were very helpful when I complained about the cleaning and because I didn’t want to stay there anymore the did the cancellation for free

Cons:

It was so dirty my room, the bathroom was not even cleaned, hair everywhere..
bedsheets was not even washed or changed from the last one, I could almost se where the person has been sleeping when I removed the duvet..

Great value for money and fabulous location.
Pros:

Comfortable hotel. Great value for money. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is great as you are a short walk away from the hustle and bustle.

Cons:

Definitely on the smaller size the pictures displayed are a little deceiving.

Pros:

Die Lage war super! Sehr zentral und bei Ausflügen konnte man immer gut abgeholt werden und war zu Fuß schnell an den wichtigen Plätzen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und das Bad war nur mit einem Fenster zum Rest des Zimmers getrennt.

Nice large room in a good location, but could really use some upgrades on the Wi-Fi service and house keeping.
Pros:

The property is in a really good location near Hoan Kiem Lake, and close to many good restaurants and attractions. Also, the room was very large with 2 extra large double beds. The employees all seemed very nice.

Cons:

I must say the Wi-Fi was very very weak and nearly unusable; it was often difficult to get a WhatsApp Text message to go through. The room did not feel like it had been sufficiently cleaned as there was a long loose hair in bathroom area (I’m bald), and some finger/toe nail clippings on bedroom floor. I would also recommend the hotel provide hand/face towels (my room only had 4 bath towels).

La localizacion es perfecta y el personal super amable.
