Just a great place to stay .
Pros:

Location was great, Pool was great. Staff were Brillant. Good facilities. Breakfasts were amazing, so much choice.

Cons:

Big disappointment was the Fine dining restaurant. Our meal was not up to what the hotel portrayed. We were given a credit for the dinner costs. The duty manager was very good in handling our complaint. In our view, compared to the other hotels we stayed out. This restaurant chef was well below standard. ALSO all hotels in Vietnam need to ensure they provide standard coffee and English breakfast tea.

Pros:

We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the services were excellent. The staff was kind, friendly and always helpful. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the main attractions, which made everything very convenient. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel bol super, lokalita výborná. Raňajky bohaté, chutné, veľmi príjemný, nápomocný personál, úroveň angličtiny na veľmi vysokej úrovni, okolie hotela je krásne upravené, všade samé bonsaje. V okolí sa nachádzajú reštaurácie, obchody, cez cestu je pláž My Khe, s veľmi dobrým hodnotením, pozdĺž celej pláže je dlhá promenáda. Mali sme výhľad na more takže každé ráno pohľad na východ slnka ☺️. Pobehali sme veľmi široké okolie Da Nangu, ale táto lokalita je definitívne jedna z najlepších. Za nás veľká spokojnosť a určite odporúčame!

Cons:

Hotel disponuje dvoma bazénmi, sú trochu menšie, menší počet lehátok, bazén na 3. podlaží, je zhruba od obeda do večera v tieni, ale v najväčších horúčavách to môže byť na druhú stranu výhoda :). Inak fakt nič.

Wonderful hotel and Amazing staff.
Pros:

I recently stayed at DLG Hotel Da Nang and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone. Everything was fresh, well presented, and constantly replenished. It was a great way to start the day.

Our room (4022) was large, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the overall presentation of the room was impressive. It felt both relaxing and well maintained.

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service. I had accidentally left our passports in the safe at our previous hotel in Hoi An and only realised after arriving at DLG. Naturally, I was quite stressed. The wonderful receptionist, Ms. Diep, immediately stepped in to help. She contacted the other hotel, arranged for them to confirm the passports were there, and organised for them to be delivered to DLG Hotel. She kept me updated the entire time via WhatsApp until they safely arrived.

Her calm, professional and genuinely caring approach turned what could have been a holiday disaster into a smooth and stress-free solution. The passport service and assistance we received went well above expectations.

DLG Hotel is very fortunate to have staff like Ms. Diep. Her kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression on us, and we are very grateful.

Highly recommended — excellent rooms, great breakfast, and truly outstanding service.

Goeie uitvalsbasis voor een kort verblijf in Danang met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Locatie - perfecte uitvalsbasis om marble mountain en bana hills te bezoeken + dicht bij resto’s.
Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Cons:

Overal tapijten die veel plekken bevatten. Ik ben er vrij allergisch aan dus helemaal niet ideaal. Verwijderen van de tapijten zou echt het hotel opfrissen.
Verder was ik ontgoocheld dat het zwembad al tegen 12u in de schaduw zat omwille van de hoge bebouwing rondomrond.

Excellent front line 5 star hotel on Da Nang beach
Pros:

Excellent 5* hotel across from the main beach of Da Nang. My room had a view of the sea and the beach. The buffet breakfast was vast and offered both western and Asian items. The hotel is set back from the busy road that separates it from the beach, which reduces street noise greatly and creates a peaceful atmosphere in the main lobby. The three elevators worked very well and I never had to wait long.

Cons:

The Infinity pool on the third floor is excellent except it's almost always in the shadow of the hotel wing that rises above it, so it doesn't get much Sun. That's a pity as the pool itself is wonderful and has stunning views of the Sea and the coastline of Da Nang beach area.

On a few occasions I had to call down to the reception to ask that my room be made up as it had not been done by 3 pm. I was told that housekeeping works until 5 pm so sometimes they don't make up the rooms until later afternoon.
