Great experience
Pros:

Tammy the receptionist was amazingly helpful and tracked down some lost property. Modern clean and lovely design. This is now my go to hotel in Hangzhou.

Heureusement que l’emplacement est parfait sinon pour le dej pas vraiment ça.
Pros:

L’emplacement qui est au centre ville, et le centre commercial est juste à côté de l’hôtel (50 mètres)

Ma vue également était surprenante

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, malheureusement trop simple et pas beaucoup de choix, pour un Conrad c’est vraiment dommage

先是查不到房，然後給我安排好房間後，我去到房間，結果房間在維修；工具都丟在裡面；然後主管說幫我換房間，帶我搭員工電梯下樓，換一間還沒檢查的房間，後來我就跟他說你可以走了我要休息，結果免治馬桶的遙控是壞的，房間窗簾也壞了，我整個大傻眼，叫人來

Pros:

Heavy cigarette smell in the room. Someone smoke in next room and the smell go into my room. Have complained to Hotel. They do nothing but try to comfort me to offer room change. They are unwilling to find out root cause to stop it. The way they handling complaint is not deserved 5 star rating. The ventilation system is extremely poor. The smoke detector cannot detect smoking inside the room. Extremely disappointed.
