I want to go back to Hangzhou to stay here again.
Pros:

The location, the lobby and the rooms were phenomenal. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in the 5 star hotels. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Cons:

Some rooms smelled after cigarettes but they had no problem to change the room for us.

Отличный отель, классные номера, вкусный завтрак, чистота, хорошая белье и косметика в номере!

Cons:

Хотел бы в следующий раз плюшевую игрушку в номере (для коллекции).

Amazing love it
Pros:

The room was amazing with very touch on decoration of the room. Bath room has an awesome view. I’ll definitely come back again.

Pros:

모든것이 다 좋았어요 방은 정말 넓고 깨끗하고 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 첸탄강이 바로 보이는 전망은 정말 최고였어요. 또 바로 붙어있는 쇼핑몰 지하에 허마선생도있고 헤이티도있고 코티커피와 식당들도 많았구요 길건너 앞에도 믹스c몰도 있어서 아주 재미있었습니다. 항저우에 또 온다면 호텔은 무조건 콘레드에 다시 올것입니다.

Great experience
Pros:

Tammy the receptionist was amazingly helpful and tracked down some lost property. Modern clean and lovely design. This is now my go to hotel in Hangzhou.
