Pros:

Nur ein Hotel für Singles. Nicht für Familien geeignet. Hotel wird überhaupt nicht gepflegt und nicht gewartet. Überall defekte und kaputte Sachen. Zimmer werden vor dem Check-In nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Überall Haare und Dreck. Die Rezeption ist entweder nicht belegt oder der jenige ist an der Rezeption nur am Schlafen. Der Kunde ist hier zweitrangig. Das schlimmste Hotel was wir je besucht haben.

Pros:

Our stay was good although the hotel seemed to be more ideal for couples than families.
The staff were friendly and the facility varied between adequate to very nice. Breakfast could have been better since we paid for it to be included. The only other unfortunate thing was that the internet connection was not strong enough on our floor, but we had no problems with it in the garden and pool areas.
Overall it was a nice facility, and it also has a couple of great restaurants in the area.
