Pros:

4 chambres différentes sur 6 nuits : la première chambre était insoluble ( moisissure et saleté. Une odeur horrible. Impossible de dormir la nuit à force de se gratter la peau et à cause de l’odeur) . Ils m’ont changé finalement la chambre qui a été déjà réservé pour d’autres clients pour les nuits suivantes. Donc ils m’ont demandé de la libérer le lendemain et de retourner à la chambre de l’horreur, j’ai dit Niette, sinon vous me rendez mon argent, ils m’ont finalement donné une chambre côté rue avec une fenêtre. Le système de l’insonorisation est catastrophique, je me retrouve devant une boîte de nuit. Impossible de dormir le soir….. et je vous épargne les détails sejour de l’horreur…. Je pense que c’est suffisant pas la peine d en dire plus…

Otelden ziyade apart/pansiyon gibi. Gideceğimiz yere yakın, konum olarakta güzel bir yerde o yüzden bu açıdan sevdik. Çalışanlarla pek muhabbete girmedik, sadece giriş yaptığımız zaman resepsiyon ve çıkarken kart teslimi o kadar. Gece yüksek müzik sesine ve sokak gürültüsüne uyandım. Belirli bir saatten sonra kesildi ama hassas bir uykunuz var ise düzenli aralıklarla dışarıdan gelen seslere uyanabilirsiniz. Genel olarak ortalama bir deneyimdi diyebilirim. Parayı ver-odayı al, kartı ver-odayı teslim et. Benim gibi uğraş sevmeyen kişiler için harika.

Staff of the hotel is very helpful, professional and polite.

Unfortunately condition of the bathroom and toilets is disappointing. Silicone in the shower should really be renewed since you can see the mold. However rooms were cleaned well.

Coffee machine on the lower floor is a very good idea, unluckily coffee doesn't taste so good. But you can find a good one within just a few minutes walk.

We only spent one night here so these things didn't bother us much but I hope they could be changed in the future.

メトロ2番線タクシン駅から徒歩10分圏内、イスティクラール通りのマクドナルド近くにあり、交通、食事共に便利なホテルです。スタッフはユーモアがあり親切に対応してくださいました。朝食のサービスはありませんが、観光には最適なホテルです。

The staff was not helpful at all. Any requests we made were either ignored or met with a flat refusal — including a simple request for new pillows, since the ones in the room were extremely old, flat, and uncomfortable.

The room was not cleaned daily, which was disappointing. The towels and sheets were worn out, with visible tears and stains, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the place left much to be desired.

On top of that, the hotel is located in an extremely noisy area. If you're a light sleeper, this will definitely be an issue. The only upside is that it's close to Taksim Street, but that’s about the only positive I can mention.

Very clean and an excellent hotel just off Istikal Street with a number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Fast WiFi also here. Highly recommended. If visiting Istanbul again I’ll look to stay here.

The property is good but there was no tea making facilities, the stairs at the entrance make it not very child friendly but we managed.
The staff were helpful and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location itself I would not recommend for anyone old age or with children as no taxi driver agrees to take you back to taksim due to the heavy traffic. So better to stay on the other side of Istanbul if you have family , couples can handle the hiking up and down the hills.
