Pros:

Уборка каждый день . Завтрак - нет слов описать как это вкусно и богато . В номере есть и утюг и фен. Тепло и чувствуется забота . Очень понравилось .

Отлично, это портал в комфорт
Pros:

Да все отлично, самый центр, отличные матрассы,одеяла, подушки, вай фай ,вид эргономичные номера.отличные завтраки, вкусный настоящий нормальный кофе, выпечка свежая вкусная и вкусно

Cons:

Это не проблема, такие стандарты сети, но было бы здорово расходники в виде зубных щеток, бритвенных были в номерах, и халаты. Но все это без проблем внизу дают, сразу об этом было сказано! И кто из РФ не платите картой мир!! За углом куча обменников переплата вышла 10% за все дни с карты, к сожалению(сбер)

Great location, great staff, would recommend.
Pros:

The hotel was as advertised. The staff were lovely, they were all very friendly. They were happy to give us extra water or anything we needed. Great location, would recommend Ktoor around the corner. Our room had tea & coffee, which was very nice after a cold day of sightseeing.

Cons:

Breakfast variety was adequate. Would recommend adding a channel with movies or series in English, if possible.

Cons:

В ванной из отдушины идёт поток холодного воздуха прямо в душевую кабину, отключить вентиляцию возможности нет. Полотенцесушителя или батареи нет. Из-за этого в санузле очень холодно.

Персонал очень доброжелательный и профессиональный, всегда внимательно относятся к просьбам о нужном номере, всегда будешь спокойно спать , даже если прибыл ночью и критически важно, чтобы тебя не разбудили утром соседи или уборка соседних номеров, это очень серьезная проблема, меня поймут те, кто попадал в такие ситуации. Персонал делает все для вашего комфорта и это не формально, спасибо

Я уже 6 й раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Персонал на ресепшн всегда очень радушно встречает, они искренне рады и помнят каждого постоянного гостя. Я просто обожаю этот отель за гостеприимство, прекрасное расположение и великолепные вкусные завтраки. Спасибо за приветственную записку и тарелку с фруктами.
