Bellissimo hotel in posizione tranquilla ma vicino al centro. Struttura nuova, pulita e staff molto gentile. Colazione molto buona e varia. Tanti locali e ristoranti nei dintorni.

Pros:

Breakfast ended at 11 and a lot of people, including myself, came down at quarter to eleven. Obviously, this was a holiday destination for most of the people, and they were not about to get up early, early, early. Maybe you should extend the breakfast time to 11:30 to cater to the travelers.

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like something. The problem was that it was on a hill and there were a lot of steps everywhere. I have heart problems and I'm 82, and I had difficulty getting about. I was getting Yandex anyway, which is the equivalent of Uber, but if I wanted to meander to the shops or to the pharmacy or anything, I had a hard time because of the hill. I also tried to change hotels when I found something else, but I would have had to pay up, and I didn't want to forfeit my money. That was very annoying. I was forced to stay there for the four nights.
