Pros:

Most importantly was the friendly & professional staff who ensured we have a great stay. Tamara was exceptional & she guided us on the places to visit as well as restaurants to go, while also advising best transport method. The location of the hotel was great, close proximity to city center, which made it enjoyable to walk. Thank you!

Heaven after a bunch of hell stays
Pros:

This hotel really saved me after the last rental of the studio . in the middle of the night I left the studio and the hotel let me in early to check in. I was able to check in early and get some sleep before my meetings. So the staff was good to do that for me they knew I was in an emergency. Even because of that, I even extended I stay here.

Cons:

No, this hotel is very good very well run and clean and friendly. The bed is exceptional. Nothing to not like.

Rilassante e confortevole. Personale sempre disponibile e sorridente.
Pros:

La posizione è strategica e comoda per girare a piedi il centro. Il parco di fronte all'hotel è meraviglioso. Saryan street (la via dei ristoranti e dei locali) dista poche decine di metri.

Cons:

Purtroppo, il giorno dopo il mio arrivo hanno iniziato, in tuta la via, i lavori di implementazione del marciapiede lato hotel. So che in Armenia non usano avvisare nessuno. Però il disagio c'è stato. Anche se l'hotel è esente da colpe, un pensiero per chi ha soggiornato così a lungo da parte della struttura sarebbe stato gradito.

Понравилось всё! Шикарные удобные кровати. Дополнительно для ребенка разложили диван. Все необходимые удобства присутствуют. Супер расположение. Вышел из отеля и перед тобой открывается парк, вокруг куча ресторанов на разный чек и круглосуточный магазин с хорошим выбором продуктов.

Cons:

К 10:00 утра на завтраке закончилось большинство позиций. Потому лучше приходить до 9 утра.

Pros:

Osoblje je bilo iznimno ljubazno i pomoglo nam sa svim zahtjevima. Osoblje s recepcije je osobito bilo od pomoći, a posebno bih pohvalilo Levona s recepcije.
