Friendly people, perfect location, good energy, and always a smooth stay every time I visit Yerevan.
Pros:

If I’m looking for a hotel in Yerevan, almost every time I book Holiday Inn Express. After trying probably a dozen hotels in the city, this location is perfect for me personally. Everything is close, easy to get around, and the area just feels right.

The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Big smiles every day, which honestly makes a huge difference after a long flight. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and always has a great vibe.

Highly recommend staying here in Yerevan!

Cons:

The only challenge is parking in front of the hotel Sometimes finding a spot feels like winning a small championship. If you park right away on the first try, your luck is strong that day.

Все было великолепно! Очень понравилось отношение на ресепшене, все были очень внимательны и приветливы. Предоставили на выбор номер и учли все предпочтения. А вид с окна был на парк с самого высокого этажа 👍

Прекрасный отель, хорошее расположение, приличный завтрак. Было чисто. Персонал приветливый и внимательный. Единственное замечание: система кондиционирования, как нам объяснили, была переведена на зимний режим, при этом на улице уже начало существенно теплеть (+21), не критично конечно, но номера небольшие, при выключенном фене и утюге не спасло даже открытое окно) было жарко. Странно, что в Ереване в мае месяце не работал кондиционер
