Expensive given what it offers
Pros:

The maid noticed I had left some clothes in the room when I was checking out and she immediately told me about it.

Cons:

Quite basic for its cost. Room does not have a wardrobe, chair is very uncomfotable and, even worse, not at all ergonomic. instead of a proper desk there is a very small table, the pen in the room was not working!

В целом мы остались очень довольны проживанием в Holiday Inn и с удовольствием можем рекомендовать этот отель.
Особенно понравилось, что после обращения менеджер быстро решил вопрос с размещением и переселил нас в соседние номера. В качестве извинения нам также принесли в номер фрукты — это был очень приятный жест и показатель хорошего отношения к гостям.
Отдельно хочется отметить заботу при выезде: так как мы уезжали поздно ночью, нам подготовили ланч-боксы в дорогу. Это было очень кстати.
Завтраки тоже оставили хорошее впечатление. Они проходят с 7:00 до 11:00 каждый день, что очень удобно. Выбор блюд не самый большой, но всё свежее и вкусное, голодным никто не останется.
Особую благодарность хочется выразить сотруднику ресепшен Микаэлю. Он был очень внимательным и отзывчивым: рекомендовал хорошие рестораны, подсказывал, что посмотреть в городе, объяснял, как добраться, и помогал с бронированием столиков. Именно такие сотрудники создают атмосферу настоящего гостеприимства.

Cons:

За месяц до приезда я связалась с менеджером и попросила предоставить смежные номера, так как мы путешествовали с несовершеннолетними детьми. Мне ответили, что почти наверняка смогут выполнить эту просьбу. Однако, когда мы приехали около 3 часов ночи, оказалось, что нам подготовили номера в разных частях коридора. После долгой дороги это было очень неудобно. К счастью, на следующий день вопрос оперативно решили, но хотелось бы, чтобы подобные договорённости выполнялись с самого начала.

Также хотелось бы отметить работу девушки на ресепшен, которая оформляла наше заселение. Общение с ней показалось слишком формальным и безэмоциональным. После ночного приезда хотелось бы встретить чуть больше доброжелательности, эмпатии и участия.
