Pros:

Location is good, comfortable parking area, rooms and staff were nice too and was able to bring my pet with me 🙌 definitely would come back

Not a very nice place to spend time in.
Pros:

The building looked nice on the outside.

Cons:

The "owner" took 8 minutes before showing up to greet us. He acted as if we were disturbing him by checking in. The room was nice looking but had a terrible bed and pillows. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower...Oh, the shower...the water pressure does not exist, it felt like someone is poring a glass of water on your head, and the hot water ran out after about 47 seconds.

Good value for money in the area and a very welcoming hostess
Pros:

The property was extremely clean and the family/owners were very nice people.

The breakfast was fantastic the next morning as well with lovely fresh fruit, smoothie, croissant and scrambled egg.

Lovely balcony too

Cons:

Bathroom needed some modernisation, no mirror in main bedroom and TV was old with limited channels( only spanish)

Nice, but will not repeat
Pros:

The room is quite big, the bed is confortable and our room had a balcony. The hotel is close to the city center ( 10 min walking distance. Nice place.

Cons:

The breakfast is limited. The staff brings to you. We had to ask for butter, jam, etc. The portions were very small. The bath room is very small. And Puyo is a warm city. There is no AC, only a fan that is not enough to make the room confortable.

Very nice place, friendly staff, nice wooden furniture.
Pros:

Beautiful place; nice breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Warm shower. Clean. I slept like a baby and I wish I could have stayed a bit longer.

Cons:

That I couldn’t stay longer.

Pros:

This is a stylish hotel near Puyo city center, very clean and comfortable room/beds, there are nearby restaurants, breakfast is delicious and plenty. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Amazon jungles, great place for you to visit Amazon area.

Very Nice Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, situated in a close compound, not far away from the town center. Free and secure parking is granted. The room was wide, clean and comfortable, provided with all facilities and accessories we were in need of. The breakfast was fantastic, above all the variety of fruits and juices. We appreciate so much the attention paid to us by the Owner, Mrs. Charito, who look after us for the whole staying at the hotel.

Hotel Lied and Said I Never Stayed There
Pros:

This is an OK place to stay, the problem came when it was time to check out. They claim to accept credit cards on the website, but when the time came to pay, they claimed their machine was broken. When I showed them it wasn't they then claimed nobody knew how to use it! A real dog and pony show. I was forced to pay from my scarce cash. They then reported me as a no show so they wouldn't have to pay Hotels.com, thereby stiffing me on my two stamps. Real sleazebags.

For it's part, Hotels.com was no help. I tried reaching them repeatedly on the priority "Gold Members" line, but I could never get a connection because they claimed not to recognize the itinerary number. What a waste of time.

Avoid this place. They are thieves. As for Hotels.com I will stop using them unless I can't find better prices elsewhere.

Pros:

A really nice house converted in a hostel, location ways very central, for the moment there is construction work going on the outside road and makes difficult to go in and out. Internet and breakfast very good.
