Pros:

The location is a good near to the mall to xerox machine, to embassy

Cons:

I dont like the caretaker, she need more training for customer service, she took a picture for the rice cooker that we didnt break it the way she took a picture on the center and its not showing on the other side that it was broken already. I hope she dont do this to other customer. And also for cleaning the room there is a smell so I buy my own airfreshener.

Location! Right next door to Robinsons Manila. Convenient. Value for money. It’s clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bay view was a big plus.

A pointless waste of 7 Days and P30,000

Cons:

That there was no swimming pool. I specifically made this booking to have use of the pool.
There was no pool so the stay was pointless.

After my almost 1 day of travel from U.S.A, my husband picked me up from the airport and went straight here. Our 2 days and 3 nights stay here was very comfortable. We enjoyed the ambiance of the room, very good security, very clean restroom,very comfortable bed, complete cookware, breathtaking view at night and perfect location specially for couples. We enjoyed our stay here so much and very memorable because we got to celebrate our 2nd Wedding Anniversary at Grand Canal, which is just walking distance . Very recommendable place to stay!
