Good stay next to RSCM Hospital (5 mins walk)
Pros:

The property is located next to RSCM's eye center and 5 mins walk to RSCM Kencana. Suitable for transit loft while we are caring family member which stays at the RSCM hospital.

The common room has kitchenette with electric stove, microwave, water dispenser. The loft got its own sink, refrigerator with freezer (not freezing), separate toilet & shower room

Cons:

- The property was built around 2015 and bit rundown. We got large patch of mold on the ceiling of our room.

- sofa is hard

Cons:

It could use a little more love and maintenance. Some of the wallpaper was peeling, there was no shower caddy to put toiletries in the shower.

A good and affordable place to sleep within the Central Jakarta area.
Pros:

The location is conveniently within a walking distance to the Cikini commuter train station and nearby eateries. The building is rather tucked away from the main streets, resulting quiet nights to sleep in. A communal kitchenette is available on each floor. A toilet is separated from a shower room, both located within the unit for private use.

Cons:

Because we booked online through booking.com, we were provided with one bath towel. The two of us stayed there for three nights and one towel between us was unacceptable - ended up purchasing a towel in a nearby shop. The swimming pool seemed to be poorly-maintained. The murky color of the pool water stopped us from having a swim in there..

very nice apartment but not even one service.
Pros:

I really like the apartment style, the details, very comfortable bed and cozy on general!

Cons:

it’s a double room apartment but they only give you 1 towel, if you want another one you have to pay for it, which is unbelievable for me, since it’s an apartment for 2 people.
plus the pool was really dirty when we arrived and we couldn’t use it, only the next day the staff told us that was out of service.

The first loft room, which they gave, had a xtra large sized rat, which welcomed us as soon as we opened the door of the room.The staff was kind enough to arrange another room for us. That room was average, and the sink was leaking.

We are very disapointed about this matter coz we always support the hotel/property which Is offer By booking.com.Ang
Pros:

I have no idea.Coz, we dont stay here even one day actually cause we change our hotel for My baby safety.We worried he’s falling down when playing at stairs..But when am wrote to this hotel/property for refundable our money back at least half price, the hotel/property not answearing me at all.

Cons:

At least the hotel reply me once or how i dont know to clarify whats My status of our full payment which Is cost RM1000+
