Muy buen hotel, situado en el casco histórico y a diez minutos de la estación de autobuses. Las instalaciones son nuevas, el desayuno muy bueno y dispone de spa a buen precio para huéspedes.
La limpieza de la habitación no la hacen de manera sistemática, hay que dejar el aviso en la puerta. Si se te olvida, te quedas sin limpieza.

El desayuno muy pobre de variedad y miles de personas. El parking súper caro para ser un solar al lado del hotel. Le preguntamos a los de recepción para tomar algo y nos recomendaron fatal.

Frokosten var OK. Litt lite utvalg og det tok tid før det ble fylt på der det gikk tomt.
Renholdspersonalet var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Vi ba om rom med badekar og fikk det.
Spa var ikke inkludert enda vi hadde vært i kontakt med hotellet på forhånd og fått forståelse av at vi kunne bruke bassenget. Vi betalte for spa en dag og det var ikke verdt pengene. Særdeles overpriset, i forhold til hva man fikk igjen. Fikk ikke «wellness» følelsen av spaavdelingen. Ansatt i resepsjonen i spa fremstod som sur og irritert.
Vi spiste middag en kveld i restauranten og da gestikulerte den ene servitøren ufint bak ryggen på en annen gjest mens vi så det.
Rommet var fint men air-condition funket ikke da det ikke var «sesong», det var omtrent 25 grader på rommet til en hver tid da solen stod rett inn i rommet. Vanskelig å lufte på natten på grunn av mye lyd fra trafikken utenfor.
Room was a good size even for 3 people. Beds were quite comfortable. We like soft beds, and when we asked the staff for extra top madrasses, they provided them :-). Bathroom was clean and well functioning.
Spa was quite good. It was clean and the sauna and hammam steam bath were of high quality.
Breakfast was good and with a reasonable selection
For some reason the room was very hot. And the Hotel has a policy not to activate aircondition before 1st of April. We managed by opening a window, but then we were stuck with the noise from the street. It was not too bad, but still. This heating/aircondition situation is something I recommend the hotel to look into.
At most times there were alot of small children in the Spa. I'm not against this personally, however if you go to a spa to relax, for some people it might be a thing. My recommendation: Make adult hours, so maybe after 16.00 you need to be 15+. Then there is something for everybody :-)
Gode fasiliteter, god frokost, sentral beliggenhet, gode senger. Ekstremt god service og profesjonelle i spaet, både lokalene, personalet og behandlingene - anbefales virkelig!
Noe utydelig kommunikasjon i resepsjonen, men det løste seg.
