Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Jeder Kontakt war angenehm und sehr bedacht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
Die Lage war wunderbar und hat zu direktem Eintauchen in die Natur uns eingeladen.

Cons:

Das WLan war im Restaurantbereich nicht zugänglich. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Haus bzw. beide Häuser ein Traum. Alles neu und sehr hochwertige Einrichtung. Das Frühstück und Abend Buffet vom feinsten. Der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Einrichtung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas klein für 2 Personen mit mittelgroßen Hund.

Es war schön, ich würde beim nächsten Mal aber eine preiswertere Alternative wählen.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir bei dem Preis reibungslosere Abläufe/ kundenorientierteren Umgang mit Problemen gewünscht.

Hotel ist schön und sauber.
Die Lage ist toll zum Skifahren.

Cons:

Zu wenig und falsche Info erhalten zum winterwander.
In der Sauna viel zu wenig Liegen, nur einige Doppelliegen.
Abends nur Buffet Essen.

Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Das Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Der Wellnessbereich und das Zimmer war ein Traum mit der neuen Inneneinrichtung! Vor allem die Lage des Hotels vom Whirlpool aus ist der Wahnsinn! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! :)

Cons:

Die Kinder haben ein bisschen den Wellnessbereich gestört. Es sollte ein Ruhebereich bleiben.

Wonderful walking base
Pros:

Wonderful location, fantastic food and extremely hard working staff who did all they could to make everything as good as possible for their guests.

Cons:

There was a very noisy, large group on a team building event who disturbed us, but that was not the fault of the hotel
