Ótimo custo benefício.
Pros:

Adorei minha estadia, equipe muito solicita, quartos simples, prático e muito limpos. Ambiente familiar, proprietários vivem no local e fazem o possível que a gente se sinta em casa. No momento não estão servindo o café da manhã, por causa da pandemia, mas a localização é excelente, tem um cafézinho muito charmoso na porta ao lado (The Coffee) e uma padaria a 50 metros. Precisei de estacionamento e apesar de não ter estacionamento na propriedade, pois é um prédio histórico, eles tem convênio com um estacionamento que fica a 50 metros e o custo é de R$ 20,00 a diária, ótimo custo benefício, pois se trata de um bairro nobre. A localização é perfeita, bairro seguro e perto de tudo. Voltarei com certeza.
