Apartment was really good, new, spacious and price was very decent but we had a highly disappointed experience during check in. We arrived @ 5 pm and rooms were not ready... then they tried to only give us one room when the booking was clearly showing 2. During check out we didn’t even got an invoice. Definitely highly unprofessional the behaviour
Everything was perfect . The location was good and the flat was clean and in good condition. The only problem I got was the booking was for 3 adults and 3 children . When I checked in there were only 2 double bed . So I asked for an extra beds but they say that they will charge me 10 BD for each !!! I tried to sort things and the employee said he will check and come back to me then he finished his shift and left !!!!!

The address provided to me through email was incorrect so we spent over 100 in cab fees trying to find it and finally decided to book another hotel. Customer support gave one complementary night, which was a 2 night reservation, to the hotel but provided me with a new address.
