Location, breakfast, parking and clealiness. 24 hours coffee/tea.

Cons:

The attendants at the front desk did strickly their work upon check in and check out. they were not serviceable and gave no additional information on anything. The water in the pool was very cold, not possible to be used.

Pros:

My room was clean, comfortable and quite roomy! Staff was cordial. The beds were comfy and the room had plenty of plugs and lighting.
Was about 30 minutes from Denver Intl airport.

Because we didn’t have a reservation, the price was higher. The desk clerk was a little rude when, after I made a reservation online, went back in to check in. Both clerks seemed very bored and couldn’t be bothered to assist me. Both looked very unprofessional in street clothes. They weren’t even wearing shirts with the hotel’s insignia. The kitchen couldn’t keep up with breakfast. Many people waited around for up to 15 minutes for food to be replaced.

Pros:

Great hotel, spacious room and super comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Great overnight stay. Breakfast excellent with a great choice of hot and cold food. We would definitely stay again.
