Please note that the indoor pool is closed on Mondays and Thursdays. These facilities are located close to the hotel and guests are required to pay entrance.

Dogs are allowed upon request only and are charged at EUR 14.50 per night. Please note that just 1 dog per room is allowed.

Cons:

Es ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bett hatte am Holzrahmen Löcher und Kratzer, eine Fensterscheibe war komplett gerissen, TV ging nur 2-3 Sender und die mit der Dusche ohne Tür setzt man das Bad unter Wasser... aber für eine Nacht gut auszuhalten

Es waren genug Parkplätze vorhanden , Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und der Service richtig freundlich und nett .

Cons:

Der Schlüsseltresor ist schon sehr antiquarisch Wenn man später eincheckt.

Das Personal war freundlich.

Das Hotel hat wohl die besten Tage hinter sich,unser Zimmer war zwar sauber aber es gab Löcher in den Bettlaken, eins der Handtücher war definitiv nur noch für Putzlappen zu gebrauchen.
Obwohl auf leere Fächer des Getränkeautomats hingewiesen wurde wurden diese bis zu unserer Abreise nicht aufgefüllt.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war ok,als Vegetarier hatte man die Wahl zwischen Käsescheiben oder etwas geschnittenen Paprika oder kleinen Tomaten.Leider kein Müsli oder Hafermilch aber Mandelmilch auf Nachfrage.
Das Personal war freundlich,auf meine Mail wegen des Parkplatzes aber wurde bis heute nicht reagiert.
Auf der Terrasse auf der wir am ersten Tag frühstückten waren einige Zigarettenkippen auf dem Boden.
Allgemein macht das Hotel einen etwas veralteten Eindruck als wenn nichts mehr investiert würde.Über dem Eingang hängt ein defektes Schild,im Aufzug wird Werbung für Public Viewing zur WM gemacht,Jahreszahl unbekannt.
Auch wenn das Personal freundlich war wirkte es nicht sehr engagiert.
Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer schlicht, aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war nicht üppig, aber auch ok. Das Personal war hier sehr nett.

Cons:

Es war staubig. In der Dusche lagen dicke Fusseln auf dem Boden. Der Duschkopf war kalkig, der Wasserdruck schwach.

Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage, nur fünf Minuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt, mit direkter Anbindung an die Heidelberger Innenstadt. Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Swimmingpool. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Fijn, voordelig hotel op 9 km afstand van Heidelberg.
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer. Groot bed, badkamer van deze tijd met inloopdouche, hangtoilet en brede wastafel. Ontbijt een 9. Veelzijdig, met heerlijke koffie, alleen ontbreekt nog een lekkere koek of cake anders een 10. Ontbijtzaal opvallend gezellig ingericht. Goed parkeren voor de ingang Naast dit hotel een groot parkeerterrein voor sporthal en zwembad, dus plek genoeg. Buiten was het 34°, helaas geen airco, maar een ventilator. Verder veel binnen- en buitenruimte om lekker te zitten.. personeel heel behulpzaam en meedenkend.

Cons:

Het gebouw ziet er aan de buitenkant uit als een ouderwetse kazerne. Rechtaan, rechttoe strak, de tuinman is vast met pensioen en nog niet vervangen , veel onkruid, heggen en gras geel gekleurd geen struiken of planten of wel maar dan dor. Als ik de eigenaar was zou ik ook het gebouw opnieuw in de verf zetten, met aantrekkelijke kleuren.
