Pros:

Had a great experience at this smaller, boutique hotel. Staff (Mattias, Mariano) were super helpful and very friendly. They were the star of the show. Very personable down to our names written on our little room sign.

Cons:

Rooms were a little on the smaller size, but again this is a smaller boutique hotel and we were coming from a larger hotel/room, to be fair. Still very nice experience.

Friendly staff, nice and quiet location.
Pros:

They were very nice with us to help us to get a baby bathtub, since the bathrooms don’t have a tub—or at least the room we stayed in didn’t. The place is quite new, so everything is spotless and in great condition.

The BEST spot to stay in El Calafate
Pros:

Staff is exceptional, the stay felt so personal- like you're staying with family! Rooms/hotel were extremely quiet, beautiful common spaces filled with comfortable seating and books. Breakfast is fantastic- fresh fruit cups were such a wonderful touch. Parking right in front of the hotel, a quick 2 block walk to the center of town. Great restaurant and activity recommendations.

Cons:

Nothing, highly recommend!

Perfect location with friendly staff
Pros:

The team of MadreTierra was very welcoming, kind and always cares of their clients. I was traveling alone and they gave me lot of tips and always have a good word to start the day !

Pros:

El mejor hotel que pudimos haber encontrado. Muy lindo, cómodo y con una atención de diez. El personal es súper atento y te ayudan con todo lo que necesites, incluso con los traslados y excursiones. Nos sentimos muy cuidados durante toda la estadía.

Hermoso hotel boutique familiar
Pros:

El hotel es súper lindo, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El desayuno es muy completo y el staff muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.

Cons:

Algunas habitaciones que se ofrecen en Booking solamente se pueden pagar en efectivo o por transferencia. Esto no es necesariamente un problema del hotel, pero al no estar muy claro en la plataforma es mejor preguntar al momento de reservar para saber de antemano.

Great location, close to everything. Avoid the cabins.

Cons:

We stayed in one of the two bedroom cabins. It was tired, heaters malfunctioned and boiled leaked. Badly needed updating/maintenance.

Privacidade, localização e extrema gentileza dos funcionários

Cons:

Calefação a gás em ambiente interno, em equipamentos q não pareciam novos e com manutenção regular. Restrição no fornecimento do pó de café e do papel higiênico. A recepção ficou 2 dias fechada.
