Pros:

No hay nadie en recepcion, para hacer check in tuvimos que llamar a un celular que encontramos en una pagina web y demoraron 30 minutos en llegar, tuvimos que esperar afuera en la calle.

Pros:

We booked 3 rooms from Canada. When ee arrived they were not available...one lady tried to help us but could not and just left. Thd owner would not show up. Will never book here again...cannot trust them

Improvements needed
Pros:

We experienced a major problem every day of our stay, no water first half day, second day we were locked out of the hotel as the key they gave us did not work on the outer door, the last day of our stay there was no hot water. There is no reception on site so we had to find a local with a cell phone that would call the manager for us. The manager was very nice and eventually solve each problem. The room was very nice, we were the only room that was occupied and workers were working on expansion. Our room was not cleaned the 4 days we were there and we had to ask for clean towels. This place certainly has potential, I think we just hit it at a bad time. The reason we did not leave early was we had already pre paid, we liked the area and the manager when we talked to him was nice.
