The housekeepers were very nice and friendly. The front desk was very attentive and nice and very welcoming.

Well it would have been nice to have an elevator fixed sooner. With the breakfast you could include toast.

Restaurant was under staffed. One worker ringing people up and cooking all of the meals. She was very overwhelmed. Also issues with the pos system not working properly.

Excellent choice!
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and shower. AC/ Heater were easy to control. Large lobby with many seating options. Very friendly staff. Easy to find. Only downside was one elevator was out of service but we never had to wait for the other

Cons:

Elevator as mentioned. My husband is clostrophobic so with one out, he took the stairs. 😊

2nd Stay - Did not disappoint
Pros:

Very welcoming vibe when you walk through the doors. There was an amazing aromatherapy scent in the lobby and to the elevators. A plus from our previous visit. Kimberly the desk clerk was very courteous.
