The toilet seat was always stuck. Can’t find light switches. The coffee creamer choice is terrible for such an expensive hotel. The in the room coffee creamer choice. One tissue dispenser. I sneezed the whole time. The ultimate compliment. The tv does not face the bed and is ridiculous. I want to lay in bed watching tv. It should have a tv mount that allows you to watch at any angle.
Not putting the hotel down. Every thing is over all great.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. The view of the lake, just wow. My husband hit the gym in the mornings and I was able to do laundry after a trip to Legoland. The breakfast was top notch. I have 2 little kids and the staff loved them! 5 stars all around.

The only concern I have is that the couch in my room was ripped. I believe it should be replaced, as everything is expected to be in good condition.
