Decent
Pros:

The location was convenient for me. The price was right and I liked that it was refundable in case i needed to cancel. There is also a bar in the hotel which is a plus.

Cons:

The hotel is a little run down. The beds appeared clean, but there was visible dirt on some of the bathroom surfaces. and they left me an empty box of tissues.

Pros:

I literally stay here every time I come up to the poconos and they are so accommodating. It’s not the fanciest but it’s a nice place with wonderful people

False advertising on renovation and charging more when you book under the Pocono Banquet hall and not just the Fairfield
Pros:

Convenient to the wedding location we needed to go to.

Cons:

It's actually the same hotel as the Fairfield Inn which is cheaper on booking.com just with a new name.

Power went out during the storm and has no emergency lights in stairwells, extremely unsafe.

Outlet didnt work for fridge, pane of glass was cracked. Very dated room.

It was ok, more like a motel than a hotel. Photos and description deceiving.
Pros:

The location was good for what we wanted to do while visiting, it was within a short driving distance of many hikes and waterfalls.

Cons:

I booked this hotel in February and stayed in August. I think since my booking they may have changed ownership. The description of the room I booked said it had a balcony with a garden view. There was absolutely no garden view. It was a very small balcony of a view of the parking lot. The room wasn’t the cleanest honestly, the shower constantly dripped. There was old toothpaste on the light switch in the bathroom. The furniture was pretty old and beat up looking. Overall it was ok for what we needed just a place to sleep and shower but it’s definitely not luxury. They seemed irritated by asking for clean towels and wash cloths. I booked for 4 people to stay 3 days and there was only 3 towels and 3 wash cloths when I went to the front desk to ask for more she got irritated because there were no wash cloths? I mean they knew how many people were in my party, but whatever. The hospitality is definitely not the greatest.

A very good value for your money!
Pros:

Everything was organized and well kept. You stayed one night and enjoy the experience.

Cons:

More dollies for luggage, in the morning I didn’t find one available, but when we came in that night, we were able to use it.
