A wonderful time in one of the most amazing cities
Pros:

We’ve been to New York a few times, and the Springhill & Fairfield inn Times Square South is one of the best we’ve stayed at so far. The hotel is very centrally located. Several subway stations are just a few minutes away. The hotel staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room wasn’t particularly large, but the beds were great and the bathroom was new. Breakfast was very good. There was a good selection, and they kept restocking the food. As always, we had a great time in New York and would stay here again anytime.

New York con tutte le comodità
Pros:

Di questo hotel mi è piaciuto tutto! Una posizione pazzesca! Il personale era cordiale, la reception era enorme e con tutti i servizi e la colazione era continentale e tutto sommato c’era tutto ciò di cui si aveva bisogno. Stanza era davvero molto carina e spaziosa!

Cons:

Ascensore un po’ lento.

Super séjour trés agreable.
Pros:

Belle vue sur la ville, équipements de la chambre (frigo, micro ondes, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux et distributeur d’eau et de glaçons dans le couloir).
Mise à disposition d’une laverie à un prix très correct.
Personnel très gentil et serviable.

A comfortable stay with excellent staff, but the elevator capacity and breakfast need improvement.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient with easy access to Manhattan and public transportation. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Cons:

The hotel has too few elevators, which often resulted in long waiting times, especially during busy hours. There is also no dedicated service elevator, so housekeeping and maintenance staff frequently had to use the same elevators as guests. In addition, the breakfast selection was very limited and could be improved with more variety.

Bardzo miły personel, jak na USA naprawdę dobre śniadania oraz świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, a 36 ulica nie należy do głównych arterii, więc było spokojnie

Czas oczekiwania na windy - naprawdę znalezienie windy, gdzie można się było wcisnąć nie było łatwym zadaniem, nie tylko w godzinach szczytu. W trakcie naszego pobytu windy na wyższe piętra zepsuły się - choć naprawiono je w miarę szybko, to jednak był to kłopot.
