It’s ok, no frills hotel. Comfy bed and hot shower, disappointing breakfast.
Pros:

The bed and the shower were on point 👍
The attention to detail by housekeeping 👍

Cons:

It’s a 4 star but didn’t feel like it. It’s a city hotel, in a central area with undesirable streets near by.
The sites and smells hit you as you come out the hotel.
The breakfast was meant to be a bonus but it’s self serve on paper plates, cups, bowls and not much hot opinions, bagels and eggs for 4 days, did not feel 4 star.
Common areas / lobby was high traffic and canteen feel, this is not a warm inviting lux feel hotel.
The room was small with all our luggage.

Very clean and great location for Manhattan.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size. The room was compact, but it had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, and they stored our luggage until our room was ready. The daily happy hour was a nice touch, and the breakfast was better than a typical hotel breakfast.

Cons:

The elevator was often full, so it was a challenge to quickly get back to the room from the lobby. In the room, there was a small closet and tiny drawers, so we could not put any clothes away.

Decent.
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel, it was close to everything. Room was clean and bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The price was a little much, there was no access to WiFi in the room so that costs more for data and having to pay for expensive parking is insane. And breakfast wasn’t the best.

Pros:

Location is great especially for those coming in on the train and maybe going to a show at the garden. The staff was very helpful and friendlly especially the manager. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was far beyond the usual continental free offering most hotels offer. It was a real breakfast! And there was plenty for everyone.

Pros:

Não realizavam a limpeza dos quartos. Pagamos muito caro por cerca de 7 dias. A janela não abria. A cortinas estavam quebradas. O local onde apoia o sabonete estava quebrado. Fomos reclamar na portaria das cortinas e não arrumaram. Na recepção não tem banheiro. Só tem banheiro 3 andares para baixo. No café da manhã praticamente só pão e o ovo cozido. O que também não justifica o preço.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super - ein toller Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge und Besichtigungen die man bei ersten New York/Manhattan Aufenthalten so vor haben kann.
Auch das Personal im Hotel ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, das wir gebucht hatten ist für eine Familie mit 2 (großen) Kindern auf jeden Fall sehr eng gewesen...der Gang rund um die Betten war vielleicht 50cm breit und Koffer konnten nicht gleichzeitig geöffnet, geschweige denn ausgepackt werden, weil nur ein einziger schmaler Kasten zur Verfügung stand.
Besonders schockiert hat uns aber, dass bei jedem Frühstück von h
underten Gästen Einweggeschirr aus Papier und Plastik verwendet werden musste, das in großen Plastiksäcken eingesammelt und weggeschmissen wurde. Das passt für uns leider nicht wirklich zum Standard eines 4-Stern-Hotels.

I booked the place because it includes free breakfast, but it’s really not a good value.

The room is very small. The breakfast is very bad, very limited choice. for the three days we stayed, the room service came around 6:00pm and 4:00pm, when we’re just back from a tiring day, so we had to skip the service and just asked for towels.
