Pros:

La chambre était globalement propre, ce qui est un point positif. Le personnel est également gentil et accueillant.

Cependant, cela ne suffit pas à compenser les nombreux aspects négatifs.

Cons:

Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel à New York.

Le petit-déjeuner est une véritable catastrophe : qualité médiocre, peu de choix et des assiettes en plastique qui donnent une impression très bas de gamme. Et énormément de déchets.
Les gens doivent carrément mettre des serviettes en guise de dessous de table tellement c’est sale.

De plus, la chambre est extrêmement bruyante. On entend clairement les portes claquer dans les chambres voisines ainsi que les bruits de l’ascenseur, ce qui rend le repos difficile.

Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement nul. Cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. On serait plutôt sur un niveau 2 étoiles, voire une auberge de jeunesse.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

La struttura semplice e molto accogliente. La posizione a ridosso del Madison Square Garden e di Times Square. La colazione buona, ampia scelta. Il personale diaponibile.

Compared with another Fairfield by Marriott, this one is definitely highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very welcoming, especially the young man at check-in, who proactively helped upgrade our room. The room size was also quite decent. The breakfast was very rich, and the dining area was spacious.

Cons:

It would be even better if there were a kettle for boiling water and cups for drinking.

Pros:

Очень приятный отель и персонал. Расположение - просто топ! Рядом станция метро, до многих достопримечательностей, в том числе Бродвея, 10-15 минут пешком. Удобная кровать, в номере было чисто, есть холодильник, хороший фен, микроволновка. Еще из плюсов - можно приоткрыть окно и проветрить. Обычно в местных отелях окна не открываются.

Cons:

Мой номер выходил окнами на кондиционеры соседнего здания, было немного шумно. Завтрак на 5-й день уже вызывал отвращение. Маленький выбор, каждый день одно и то же. Очень бы хотелось, чтобы иногда блюда менялись. Особенно актуально для тех, кто останавливается надолго. Долгое ожидание лифта и остановки на каждом этаже также создавали неудобство. Но все же не могу назвать эти минусы очень критичными.

Great stay!

Great location for walking and taking the subway, clean and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Cons:

In the mornings the elevators and breakfast room was busy, we needed to plan some extra time.

Prinzipiell gut, 16. Stock nur bedingt zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Lage optimal, Subway um den Block, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Inkludiertes Frühstück für US-Verhältnisse ordentlich und vor allem keine zusätzlichen Kosten in NY: Neben Eierspeisen auch Salat, Oatmeal, Käse- und Wurstaufschnitt natürlich Bagels und süße Backwaren. Dazu täglich was Neues, wir hatten dann u.a. Pancakes und Tacos. Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich! Zimmer im 16. Stock gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, großes Bad, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Rezensionen hatten wir keine Probleme bezüglich der Frequenz der Aufzüge, da wir spätestens um 7:30 Uhr beim Frühstück waren. Sauberkeit, Fenster lässt sich einen Spalt zum Lüften öffnen.

Cons:

Das Gebäude wird mit den Springhill Suites (1.-15. Stock geteilt) und deren Aufzugtechnik war direkt neben/ unter unserem Zimmer angebracht. Das verursachte ein wirklich dauerhaftes Geräusch vom Ziehen bzw Stoppen der beiden Aufzüge. In den ersten Tagen war uns noch nicht so klar, woher die Geräusche kamen und wir konnten das deshalb noch weitgehend ignorieren - und ein Zimmerwechsel war von unserer Seite daher noch nicht angebracht. Die letzte Nacht nur noch mit Ohrstöpfseln zu ertragen. Wir hatten vorab um ein höheres Stockwerk und einen Blick Richtung Downtown gebeten, was uns aber trotz Nachfrage an der Rezeption nicht erfüllt werden konnte.
