Was nice until after check out
Pros:

Great location, reasonable sized /clean room.
Staff that checked me in and out were very nice.

Cons:

A little while after check out my partner had asked a member of staff at the desk a few questions about getting to the airport and the lady was very rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Luckily the man who had helped storage our bags after check out was kind enough to help.

I was also incorrectly charged for using water in the room when it was not used.

These two incidents spoilt my overall experience.

Excellent, Good things come in small packages.
Pros:

Great bed soft, hot shower. A great view of the New Yorker. Excellent film watching.idea location to Penn to fly out. Ideal spot to do midtown. Wander. Ideal to grab Amtrak to Boston. Loads to just not enough time. And yay to winter snow, and Fred Again USB002 tour ♡♡♡s

Cons:

Nothing, I had a great stay. Thanks for the perfect room to flop and fly. I ran myself ragged. But had a great one night stay. I'll be back.

My stay top notch and the breakfast was very good lots of options
Pros:

My stay at the Fairfield Inn was wonderful because was in working distance to my son volleyball events and the hotel and staff was awesome as well. The room nice and clean very updated 9/10.

Pros:

Struttura comoda a due passi dalla stazione centrale Penn station, molto pulita con buona colazione a buffet.

Cons:

Unica pecca l’ascensore che negli orari dalle 9:30 alle 10:30 era praticamente sempre occupato (tempi di attesa anche oltre 15 minuti) per scendere nella hall.
