Functioneel, weinig inspirerend
Pros:

De locatie was top, alle hoeken van de stad in korte tijd te bereiken. Zowel lopend in midtown als met de Metro of de bus naar andere delen van de stad.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was basic, geen keus aan verse producten en ingrediënten, ontzettend druk en plastic bestek is echt een no-go.

Great hotel, would stay again if looking for a central location!
Pros:

Staff was excellent and the room was great!

Cons:

Only 4 elevators for 26 floors meant we spent a lot of time waiting for them, and when they arrived, they were usually already full.

Would have been great if we had cleaning services in our room and was not charged for no reasons.
Pros:

The location, the room, freshly renovated

Cons:

We have been charged 6 dollars for a bottle of water while we did not open any of the bottle that were present in the room.

The breakfast was underwhelming, to say the least, and the use of plastic for everything (plates, forks, cups) was a bit disturbing.

Moreover, we never had any cleaning of our room during our whole stay.
