Klimaanlage war defekt bei 39 Grad

The location is good but a little far from some of the places we visited.

During our whole stay of 4 nights the air conditioning did not work. The first night was very warm and we could not open the windows properly. The bathroom was very small and sitting on the toilet was not comfortable. We were not told when we checked in, but they only service the rooms every three days. Our rubbish bins were overflowing and I reported this and they were still not emptied.

Minusy: jest ich zdecydowanie więcej. Jest to hotel posługujący się międzynarodową marką grupy Marriott, ale to niestety nic tutaj nie znaczy. Nigdy w życiu, w wielu krajach nie spotkałem się z tak beznadziejną organizacją pracy hotelu - począwszy od recepcji, na obsłudze pokoi kończąc (pozytywnym wyjątkiem była tylko obsługa podczas śniadania).
Zacznijmy od kurozium – moja karta płatnicza została obciążona zupełnie inną (wyższą) kwotą, niż wynikało to z formalnego potwierdzenia rezerwacji. Przez 2 dni i po stracie czasu na długie wyjaśnienia, problem finalnie nie został rozwiązany i opuściłem hotel bez otrzymania zwrotu nienależnie pobranych środków.
Gdy mówimy o czasie – to hotel o super długim czasie zameldowania – nie wiadomo dlaczego, biorąc pod uwagę brak natłoku gości. Ogólnie – obsługa recepcji jest super miła i się uśmiecha – ale pozostałe wrażenie głębokiej niekompetencji i braku zaangażowania.
Obsługa pokoi – w pokoju pozostałości po poprzednich gościach w łazience, brak mydła, brak jakiegokolwiek sprzątania po pierwszej nocy pobytu (nawet opróżnienia kosza), konieczność upominania się o wymianę ręczników, itd. To oczywiście znowu zajmujące niepotrzebnie czas.
Trzeba też uważać na inne rzeczy: w niektórych pokojach klimatyzacja nie działa - jest kartka w windzie, ale na recepcji raczej się o tym nie słyszy. Podobnie z nieczynną (poza śniadaniem) restauracją – menu w windzie zaprasza na posiłki, ale to tylko stary wydruk, którego nikomu nie chce się usunąć.
Podsumowując – rozczarowanie i wrażenie, że obsługa klienta jest nieprzygotowana do przyjęcia gości w stolicy dużego europejskiego kraju.

The AC didn’t work throughout our entire stay, during a 40°C heat wave. The room was unbearably hot, with virtually no airflow, and it never cooled down, even overnight. There weren’t even enough fans for all guests (including us), and the staff weren’t able to offer any meaningful solution. Although the staff were polite, we didn’t even receive an apology when we were informed that the AC wasn’t working — we were simply told that “it is what it is.” To make matters worse, we were told that the AC had broken down two days before our arrival (!!), yet nobody contacted us in advance to let us know or gave us the opportunity to cancel or rebook somewhere else. No solution, no gesture of goodwill, and no compensation offered despite the hotel knowing about the issue before we arrived.

It was the weekend during heatwave in Europe and AC was not working. This should be improved in the future. Service was kind but crisis’ management was poor.. they should propose another place for sleep instead saying that AC will be fixed soon.

Parking located underground is dedicated for smaller cars, better to park on the ground if you have SUV - this is what the service didn’t tell us unfortunately.
