Die perfekte Wahl für einen Business Trip
Pros:

Da ich beruflich regelmäßig rund um den Berlin Gesundbrunnen unterwegs bin, ist das AC Hotel Berlin Humboldthain Park für mich die erste Wahl.

Schon beim Check-in fällt auf, wie freundlich und professionell das Team arbeitet. Besonders positiv ist mir der Supervisor Edmir am Empfang aufgefallen. Er ist äußerst zuvorkommend und kümmert sich sofort um Anliegen. Bei Problemen findet er schnell eine unkomplizierte Lösung, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.

Auch das Frühstück hat mich überzeugt. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen – von verschiedenen Brotsorten und Croissants über Obst, Müsli und warmen Gerichten bis hin zu guten Kaffee-Spezialitäten. Alles wirkt hochwertig und wird regelmäßig frisch nachgelegt.

In der Bar und Lounge herrscht ebenfalls eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Team ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich hier Taya. Sie arbeitet unglaublich engagiert, ist sehr herzlich im Umgang mit den Gästen und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt. Der Service wirkt dadurch fast familiär.

Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch finde ich den Kühlschrank, die Kaffeemaschine und das Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Auch im Badezimmer ist eine große Auswahl an Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, sodass man nach einem langen Arbeitstag hervorragend schlafen kann.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die direkt Lage am Volkspark Humboldthain – perfekt für einen kurzen Spaziergang am Abend oder eine kleine Pause im Grünen.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Hotel mit tollem Service, guter Ausstattung und einer hervorragenden Lage für Geschäftsreisende. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher.

Nicht gefallen · Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist relativ eng, ansonsten hätte ich das Angebot gerne in Anspruch genommen da 15€ ein Fairer Preis sind.

Pros:

Quiet location, close to public transportation, plenty nearby food options, friendly staff. It was good overall and great choice for stay. Rating it at 7 because a cigarette bud was found in the room and the bathroom was a bit outdated - for the price of one night's stay it felt a little overpriced.

Cons:

Had to ask for a second blanket twice to different staff members, as there were no additional pillows or blankets available in the room.

Pros:

The room was clean and with a very good space. Thank you to the very kind and accomodating receptionist (Afrin, i hope the name is correct🤭). She was very approachable. Breakfast is really sumptuous.

Da ich dienstlich häufig in der Nähe vom Gesundbrunnen unterwegs bin, ist das AC Hotel Berlin Humboldthain für mich die beste Wahl.

Das Personal ist durchweg sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Supervisor Edmir am Front Desk, der bei auftretenden Problemen stets eine passende und unkomplizierte Lösung findet.

Beim Frühstück erwartet einen eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen, sodass wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Auch die Mitarbeitenden in der Bar und Lounge sind ausnahmslos freundlich. Besonders erwähnenswert ist hier die Kollegin Taya: Sie ist äußerst aufmerksam, fleißig und herzlich. Im Kontakt mit ihr fühlt man sich fast so, als wäre man bei Freunden zu Gast.

Die Zimmer sind modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – mit Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine sowie Kosmetikartikeln im Bad. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem.
