Fantastic. This is our new hotel in Berlin
Pros:

It’s no secret that there’s no A/C here at the moment but the staff really made up for that, taking excellent care of us. We felt like first class visitors. My first time here. Will definitely come back!

Generally hotel is located in safe neighborhoods and rooms are clean
Pros:

The room was clean and specious. Hotel is located in safe place close to metro and train station. Breakfast was tasty with different choices.

Cons:

It was the weekend during heatwave in Europe and AC was not working. This should be improved in the future. Service was kind but crisis’ management was poor.. they should propose another place for sleep instead saying that AC will be fixed soon.

Parking located underground is dedicated for smaller cars, better to park on the ground if you have SUV - this is what the service didn’t tell us unfortunately.

Barely survived heat wave in Berlin.
Pros:

Staff and location was good as usual.

Cons:

Unfortunately during my stay Berlin was experiencing a heat wave with temperatures at or near 40. The hotel had a serious malfunction of their air conditioning system and therefore every morning I woke up in a pool of my sweat.

Pros:

The staff especially the lady in the reception was so nice and professional. I love the location and clean rooms.

Cons:

It was during the peak of heatwave, we understand the situation why the aircon wasn’t working.

Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichen Angestellten.
Pros:

Schönes, großes Zimmer, große Dusche, Bügeleinrichtung auf dem Zimmer. Sehr leckeres, umfangreiches, vielfältiges Frühstück. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Lage gut, Nähe S-Bahn. Insgesamt wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Dusche ist groß, Boden aber extrem rutschig, deshalb Sturzgefahr. Im Bad insgesamt zu wenig Ablageflächen. Kein richtiger Schrank, nur Regalfächer und Garderobe zum Hängen von Kleidung, nicht ausreichend. Kein Nachttischschränkchen, nur kleines Tischchen am Bett, deshalb Ablagemöglichkeit zu gering.

Ich würde wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, mit allem was benötigt wird inklusive Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Lage aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

It was a hot weekend, nice days to stroll around during evenings. The property was near iconic places and easy to reach.
Pros:

Near the center and train station

The ice box has gathered dust which needed some cleaning

Apart from that it was really a clean property

Cons:

The air conditioner wasn’t functioning.
For that, the staff was really apologetic about it and gave us refreshments.

Buen hotel en sector poco turístico
Pros:

El desayuno es muy completo, tienen buen café. La habitación cómoda y limpia.

Cons:

Me parece que tener 1 solo ascensor es poco porque a ratos se debe esperar mucho tiempo por él. Y el sector en el que está ubicado, no es el más recomendable para turistas. Está al lado del metro, pero hay barrios más adecuados para turistas.

Modernes Hotel mit sehr guter Bahnanbindung
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, perfekt mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Zimmer. Modernes Badezimmer mit sehr guter Dusche.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hätte noch einen Ticken größer ausfallen können. Aber das ist durchaus ok. Was mich jedoch sehr gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass man in der Hotelbar nur bargeldlos bezahlen kann. So etwas kann ich unterstützen. Das darf nicht einreißen.

​Exceptional stay – perfect location and very comfortable!
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to public transport heading to the city center, and there is a direct train to the airport right next to the hotel. It is situated in a quiet area next to a park. Our room faced the back parking lot, so it was completely silent with no street noise.
​The room and bathroom were spacious, extremely clean, and maintained daily with fresh towels. A huge plus was the heating—we caught some very cold and rainy days in June, and we were so grateful that the heating worked perfectly in both the room and the bathroom!
​The neighborhood is great too: a mall is just 3 minutes away, there are supermarkets nearby, a café and bakery on the corner, and plenty of Arabic and Turkish restaurants around.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!
