Pros:

The room was a decent size and the bed was cozy.

Cons:

No way to ventilate the room, as the window doesn’t open. Poor sound isolation, could hear every word of my neighbor’s party.

Convenient.
Pros:

Location and staff were great

Cons:

Breakfast was poor and the bed super hard . Electric charger (needed) was not up and running and the one at miller and carter already in use when we wanted to use it so had to get up at 7am contact the charger co (because it had a fault) to charge.

Good Hotel will stay again ☺️

Value for money and the breakfast is good

Cons:

Road works on the Milton roundabout that weekend, we were notified about it, but we didn’t think it would be that difficult to get in and out of with a long diversion
We were very late for the surprise party. 3 Taxis couldn’t get through to us. That did spoil the beginning of our evening and we were concerned about getting back to the hotel
Disliked the wooden stirring sticks to use instead of a spoon in the room for making hot drinks possibly replace the recycled spoons

Clean rooms, comfy beds. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s difficult to get around on foot, the footpath to the service station is tricky. The reception can take a bit of time.
