Not what I would expect from a Marriott hotel
Pros:

The bar and dining areas were good. Clean and appealing. Staff excellent.
The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Our room was disappointing. The carpet in particular was disgusting. It was heavily stained all around the bed area. I tried to convince myself that it was tea/coffee spills but I'm really not sure about that. Even worse, at the end of the bed area there was a splattered stain on the carpet which we were certain was blood. I asked at reception if it could be cleaned but they said no. We ended up placing a stool over it so that we wouldn't accidentally walk on it. Unacceptable. The cupboard trim was peeling in the bathroom and the whole room felt neglected.

Cons:

Chaotic breakfast on all 4 days. Food and drink servery squashed into too small a space especially the coffee/tea machines. People queuing across each other. Replenishment of food slow. Cooks overwhelmed?

Limpeza péssima, pequeno Almoço sem acomodação adequada para os hóspedes. Houve necessidade de esperar imensamente por uma mesa. Lençóis sem higiene adequada que não foram mudadas desde o primeiro dia. Falamos com o gerente que reconheceu as deficiências, uma vez que tiramos fotos, apresentou um reembolso de 50% para o 2 dia, o que nunca aconteceu, revelando desde logo ausência de profissionalismo.
