Cons:

Die Zimmer sollten mal einen neuen Fußboden bekommen, und der Zimmerkühlschrank wieder eingebaut werden

Pros:

Exceptional staff. Zac at reception was a gentleman, professional and made us feel special. My mum had a coughing episode at breakfast. The staff were all over her showing real concern for her welfare.

Very pleased with our stay.

Pros:

Did what it said, great value rates, reception / restaurant staff helpful

Cons:

Breakfast felt a bit chaotic, long queue built up with no staff noticing, people seated themselves down, ran out of eggs - trainee appeared unsupervised at all times, spraying tables with people dining/eating on adjacent tables.

I would never stay at Marriott if this is the service.
Cons:

Hopeless service. No one at reception for over 20 minutes after arrival to check us in. Similar experience with other guests as well. Only 1 person to manage the Reception, Repairs and Maintenance.
Rude staff, when we asked to check where the Reception was. He said - don't know where he / she is.
Poor selection of food.

Fantastic service.
Pros:

As always, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable and the room had everything we needed during our stay.
The breakfast staff were fantastic, despite being incredibly busy. A good variety of breakfast food available, with the option of omelette or porridge being cooked to order!

Quiet and restful
Pros:

Breakfast still remain to be English centric and not very healthy

Cons:

The breakfast offering could be better and the finish to some of the bedroom furniture shows age/ disress and needs replacement. Let me know if I can assist.

I do not know if the hotel perform planned maintenance but they need too. Better hotels are close.
Pros:

The stafff - all friendly and knowledgable.

Cons:

The room, Tired fittings and furniture. The TV did not work. The sink in the bathroom did not empty.
