El sitio es hermoso, las instalaciones te llevan en un viaje a una hacienda elegante del siglo pasado. La comodidad de la habitación es perfecta, la chimenea y la calidez del personal. Me encantó que pusieran bolsas de agua caliente para calentar la cama. Y aunque llegamos tarde, pasadas las 21:00, el personal estuvo atento para encender la chimenea. A minutos del centor de Otavalo , lo que permitía conectarse a cualquier lugar. Nos encantó

Très agréable séjour dans une ancienne hacienda orné d’un trés beau jardin. Un feu de cheminée est allumé le soir dans le salon qui jouxte votre chambre, ce qui constitue un tres bel agrement. Très bel accueil aussi à l'arrivée avec visite de la propriété. Des explications nous ont été données pour nos visites.

The hotel is amazing. You get a kind of a bungallo with a porch, bedroom, littke kiving room with a fire place.
The grounds are beautiful full of flowers and trees. Very quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was also good.
Tha staff is very nice and happy to help.

Super nice staff, good meals, very nice property

Cannot recommend this place highly enough for a stay near Otavalo. Wonderful facilities and grounds, and exceptionally helpful staff. It's nice to be in a quiet location but still easy to travel into Otavalo or many other day trips in the area. They were very helpful in organising taxis!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was incredibly attentive, especially when it came to booking taxis and offering helpful local recommendations. The food was excellent—every meal was a real treat. The setting is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend this place!

It’s a beautiful property - and a very friendly and helpful staff. The fire in the fireplaces and hot water bottles in the beds were my favorite! Right behind the great breakfast and delicious coffee. I would book here again in a minute. There is a bit of construction on the way to town - but it didn’t slow us down getting there and back.
So, book now - it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful setting on 4 hectares with fabulous flowers, trees, lawns and gardens. Peaceful and very quiet. Hot water bottles in beds and lit fireplaces every early evening. Gracious and elegant.

The staff are terrific including Diana, Michele, Raoul and Estaban amongst many others. The property is beautiiful. So many birds and flowers. Food was delicious. Highly recommended!

The property is stunning, with palm trees and tropical plants, an organic garden, and animals (llamas, guinea pigs, and friendly dogs). The architecture is unique and the rooms very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful (even calling taxis and storing luggage after check out). They brought hot water bottles to put in the bed to keep you warm at night. How special! There was a fire in the fireplace at breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, giving you a choice of two out of three options (fruit with yogurt, eggs/bacon/ham, or pancakes) along with a hot drink (tea, coffee, hot chocolate), rolls, and fresh squeezed fruit juice. Much of their food is grown right on their property. The tour of the garden is amazing, so many varieties of plants and flowers. They have pet guinea pigs and three llamas plus two very friendly dogs. We called taxis when we needed to get to town (about 10 min from downtown Otavalo) or to visit Cuicocha National Park (about 25 minutes). We definitely recommend staying at Las Palmeras Inn if visiting Otavalo, Ecuador.
