Interesting outback experience
Pros:

Liked the character of the old style outback hotel.

Cons:

The whole building would be a fire trap. Old wooden structure in disrepair which to be fair is typical of these big old hotels. Was relieved to see fire extinguishers in strategic places and smoke detectors. The staff were excellent and the cook makes a great curry. Our room was spacious. Towels very scratchy.

Classic country pub experience.
Pros:

Central location. Good WiFi connection. Shower. Front verandah. Easy check-in. Friendly welcome.

Cons:

Towels were super scratchy. No hand towel. No in room crockery or cutlery. Check-in limited to after 4:30pm, when the hotel opens. Renovations in progress, so lots of spaces are half finished. Bore water stinks.

Pros:

Great location in the middle of town. Hotel is a little run down, but it was generally comfortable. Food and staff were excellent.

Pros:

good location and rooms were very tidy and clean

Cons:

the fact you had to walk up very wonky steps on the outside , no toaster available in the room . Took so long to be able to check in and lunch finishes at 1pm

you need to do an inspection on the facility.
Pros:

This is an old old building with plugs not working and extension cords running all over. It for sure will not make code. And do to the multiple extension cords it is a fire trap. The TV was the the size of a laptop screen and did not work. Maintenance did get 2 channels working.
The bathroom sink which is in the bedroom not the bathroom only had a cold water tap, no hot
