Far and food options.
The breakfast was ok comparing what I had from other similar hotels. Location is ok. The view was good because I booked lake view room.
There is no hot tub, so spa. Only single vanity. Food can be improved.
I booked with executive room. When I checked in (the room was not ready by then), I was told to put in 9th floor executive room. However, when I picked my key. I realized it was on the 9th floor. I asked the reason and the front desk didn't provide a reason. Sigh!

I was a guest at your hotel from 28-30 March 2024. The service from check-in to departure was very warm and professional.
In particular, I would like to compliment your staff, Mr Roger 余田生 for his excellent service (28 March) at Marriott Kitchen where I was having dinner. Roger has great initiative, is very attentive and is very responsible. He was able to make very good recommendations on food options and anticipate his guests’ needs. His product knowledge was also top-notch. He checked on his guests frequently to ensure they are very well taken care of without intruding into their privacy. I felt I was treated like family.
Besides Roger, I would also like to compliment the Marriott check-in and concierge team for their professionalism and extraordinary service. I appreciate that they went the extra mile to make sure I get to my destinations. The staff who handled my check-in also took the initiative to break and exchanged my RMB100 note for smaller change when he heard I will be taking a taxi and will be paying the driver in cash. On my day of departure, a lady manager (forgot to get her name) ensured I could get to the airport on time.
I wish the team all the best. They are doing excellent work.
