Pros:

A szállás Stuttgart Berg negyedében található, 3 km-re a városközponttól, az U1-es Minderalbäder megállótól 300 m-re. Telefonon történő kapcsolatfelvétellel kapod meg a kulcsdoboz kódját, amely kiadja a bejárati és szobakulcsot. A szobám az első emeleti 2-es szoba volt, amely megfelelő felszereltségű volt, kényelmes ággyal, kicsi lapos tévével, kicsit kopott bútorokkal, de tiszta és rendezett volt, mosdókagylóval, hófehér, tiszta törölközőkkel. A fürdőszoba közös, amely szintén nagyon tiszta volt és kifogástalan. Az ablak az utcára nézett, meglehetősen zajos, a földszinten étterem működik hangoskodó vendégekkel. A déli fekvés és a nappal félig felhúzott redőny és nyitott ablak miatt a szoba felforrósodott, éjjel nyitott ablakkal a zaj miatt az alvást tekintve patthelyzet. Becsukod--> megsülsz, kinyitod-->még a füldugó sem nagyon segít.

Habitación limpia y con toallas

Cons:

Si abres la ventana se oye demasiado el tráfico y en verano al no haber aire acondicionado ni ventilador en la habitación hace demasiado calor dentro.

Einfach und günstige Unterkunft für Kurzzeitaufenthalte
Pros:

Preis-Leistung ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und funktional. Für den Preis und kurze Aufenthalte ideal. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Decent accommodations but not during hot summer days
Pros:

great location, close to Mineralbaeder bahn station, easy to get around the nearby concert hall, fest platz

Cons:

the summer heat made the room unbearable, i requested a floor fan but no reply from management/reception. I advise not to stay in hotel during hot summer days

Günstig, aber für Booking.com nicht zu raten.
Cons:

Das Frühstück war eine Zumutung.
Am 20. Juni öffnete der Frühstücksraum um 8:10. Angebot: 3 unterschiedliche Brötchen, die der Offizielle kurz vorher in einer Einkaufstüte ins Haus getragen hatte. Kein Ei, ein paar Scheiben Wurst.
Am 21. Juni war der Frühsrückssaal entsprechend der Ankündigung schon um 7:30 geöffnet.
Statt der Brötchen gab es allerdings Brot vom VorVortag. sonst wie am Vortag. plus 3 kalte gekochte Eier.
Spinnweben auf den Toiletten!
