Pros:

Value for money, we had a car so easy to get to for us. Deep bath was good and place was large and clean. 24hr Yamamoto/blackcat very close proximity so we shipped our ski gear direct to airport before returning hire car and spending 2 days in Tokyo.

Pros:

ラブホとしての部屋の広さ、お風呂の広さ、インテリア、照明、飾りはセンス◎
18:00〜翌12:00のロング滞在はゆっくり出来て◎

Cons:

310に宿泊しましたがお風呂に窓が有り
お風呂のドアを閉めれば部屋迄はきませんでしたがそこから外のドブのような匂いがたまに入ってきてきつかった。
部屋に有るマッサージチェアはちゃんと動きますが物はボロボロ。
テレビのリモコンの反応が悪い。
部屋照明やお風呂照明のリモコンが反応しなかったり電球切れてたり
メンテナンスをちゃんとして欲しいと思った。
