Easy access to explore!!!
Pros:

Check-in was easy. Fabulous views of the City. So close to the Train Station and therefore ease of access to exploring the City. You can get coffee from 0630 downstairs on Lower Ground Floor. Sushi Shop in the building on Ground Floor on the outside, has such fresh food and delicious!!!

Location for my appointments was great.
Close to cafe's and essentials. Shopping and leisure activities within walking distance.

Cons:

Directly above a child care centre, the noise in the morning was terrible. Directions into the parking garage would have been helpful before arriving after hours as I then had to navigate one way streets to get back to it. The instructions that the after hours attendant provided were vague and caused a lot of stress after a long driving journey.

Booked hotel last minute after my other accommodation cancelled on me at the last moment. Staff were very accommodating with a late checkout and extra pillows. I had a studio apartment which was very clean.

A pleasant stay near to the family we were visiting.

We liked the privacy, the location, no intrusions.

Cons:

The tv was listed as satellite cable tv, we couldn’t get anything except for 2 free to air tv channels. The information mentioned a coffee maker separate to the kettle. We saw no such thing.

Nice but SO HOT!
Pros:

Location was great. It was easy to access. The train station is right out the back and was easy to access.

Cons:

The beds were good and comfortable, however the air-conditioner is built in and set to 21. It did not get below 26 the entire time we were there and the fan speed from the built in duts was non existent even on the highest airflow. The first night was so hard to sleep in the dead still air. the second night was better because i closed the blinds all day and left the ac on but it still didnt get below 26 the whole night! DID NOT SLEEP WELL IN THE HEAT!
