Real budget hotel
Pros:

Though booking was confirmed with pay at hotel, however Treebo asked us to pay one third amount Upfront as advance for confirmation, which needs to be sorted out between website and Treebo. It indicates Free Parking but there is o separate parking And the parking is on the road in NO PARKING zone.
Rest the location of the property is very good with very good connectivity and good restaurants, so need to worry for food.

Worst hotel to stay with no parking, smelly toilets, loose sockets and unfriendly staff. Take this hotel only if you don't care about your life..

Pros:

I have been booking this property almost every month for business travels. Still extra amount is charged for early check-in. Cancellation made a day before was not even partially refunded.

Pros:

The property is ideal if you have business in the Financial District or HITEC City otherwise it is to far from the Centre.

It is nice clean hotel with good services and helpful staff .The Reception manager Mr Sesir was excellent and helped us a lot.
