Not so great. Could have been better.
Pros:

Location is close to Mersin drive and boat jetty. Could maintain the place well. Not clean. Had bed bugs/ants. Bed is not cleaned at all.
We asked to change the room and the room was changed at around 10PM. Changed room also has not so good bathroom. Bathrooms are smelly. Could do better.

Cons:

Bad smelled bathroom. Not clean room. Not clean bed. Bed bugs/ant. No shower cap. Parking is in front of the hotel in open on the foot path.
