A little seedy but by far best hotel for the price
Pros:

We booked this in a rush and didn’t pay much attention to the ‘love hotel’ description! When you get there it is quite clearly a hotel for bringing back women whether that’s couples or people paying! However the hotel room (more like a suite) was VERY nice, VERY spacious and luxurious with a separate lounge/living area, jacuzzi bath, huge tv and massage chair - you definitely won’t get a similar room in a ‘normal’ hotel for anywhere near as cheap. Reception is a little seedy and they serve you behind frosted glass - the woman spoke barely any English making it a little difficult to check in, she also called the room 3 times the next morning to make sure we knew what time check out was even thought we had assured her we knew. Other than that your left to it, we found the experience and the fact we were staying in a sex hotel really amusing and like I mentioned the room was so nice - we’d definitely stay again. Location wise appeared to be around other sex hotels but close to the station. Wouldn’t recommend for families obviously, but perfect for anyone looking for luxury rooms at hostel prices and with a sense of humour.

Pros:

This hotel was a real find. Just 3 stops from Tokyo station in an area that has many great restaurants and shops. The hotel is used by local young couples who rent for a few hours so the rooms are big with spa bath and my room had a massage chair that was great after a hard day walking. The staff are really friendly and the day I left it was raining and the reception staff ran after me to give me an umbrella.
