The staff were welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. The dinner and breakfast meals were amazing. And a nice soak in the onsen to finish the day made it a wonderful experience

The room was very spacious and clean. While the onsen was relatively small, the hot water made it very enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive, staying in contact via Booking.com and replying quickly. They also did their best to accommodate our dietary restrictions, which we truly appreciated. The room included a variety of lotions and moisturizers, adding to the comfort of our stay.

Het personeel was extreem vriendelijk, behulpzaam, attent. Zelden zo een service gezien. We boekten half pension en genoten van een verfijnd ontbijt en avondmaal. De kamers waren uitzonderlijk groot naar Japanse normen en schitterend ingericht. Onsen faciliteiten perfect.

When we arrived in Gora, we weren’t sure how to reach the hotel, but the hotel staff kindly came to pick us up from the train station entrance. Later on, we realized that it’s actually very easy to get there by taking the cable car and walking a few minutes, so the location turned out to be very convenient.

We would like to say a big thank you to Madoka and the entire team for the warm and pleasant hospitality. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed in a traditional Japanese style, with a stunning view of the mountains.

Both breakfast and dinner were served in a traditional style and were absolutely delicious.

To top it all off, we enjoyed relaxing in the onsen at the end of the day.

It’s worth noting that the shower is not located inside the room but in the onsen area. For us, this was not an issue at all and actually enhanced the overall experience.

We would definitely love to come back the next time we visit Japan.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The room was spacious. The Onsen was nice and relaxing.
The owner was very kind and helped us out a lot by driving us to Gora Station at 6am when we figured out there were no taxi’s running that early.

スタッフの方が皆さん丁寧かつフレンドリーで過ごしやすかったです。
母の古希の祝いで利用させていただき、サービスやお祝いのお言葉をいただいて、とても嬉しかったです。
お食事も美味しく、温泉も原泉かけ流しで滞在中、何度でも堪能できてよかったです。
