Staff was very sweet, beds were comfortable. Full Hakone experience with the meals

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The room was spacious. The Onsen was nice and relaxing.
The owner was very kind and helped us out a lot by driving us to Gora Station at 6am when we figured out there were no taxi’s running that early.

お湯が大変気持ちよかったです。
お料理も美味しくて朝からご飯をおかわりしちゃいました。

食事は、朝夕とも、とても美味しいかったです。
旅館やお部屋は、清潔感がありました。
また、スタッフさんがとても優しくて良かったです。
有難う御座いました。

お風呂が、源泉かけ流しで硫黄の香りがして良かったです。送り迎えも気持ち良くして頂いて有難かったです。

Le diner et le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix de la chambre.

スタッフの方が皆さん丁寧かつフレンドリーで過ごしやすかったです。
母の古希の祝いで利用させていただき、サービスやお祝いのお言葉をいただいて、とても嬉しかったです。
お食事も美味しく、温泉も原泉かけ流しで滞在中、何度でも堪能できてよかったです。

食事も美味しく、フロントでコーヒーがいつでも飲めるのは良かった。
宿泊中はいつでも入浴できるのもいい。

Alles was geweldig. Van het personeel die zo vriendelijk waren tot de kamer die echt groot was en zowel dinner als ontbijt was voortreffelijk! Ook de onsen was heerlijk!

Ook heel dicht bij de kabelbaan zodat je lake ashi kan bezoeken of Gora in kan!

Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen!

Wer traditionelle japanische Kultur erleben will, ist hier genau richtig. Egal ob Badekultur in den nach Geschlechtern getrennten Räumlichkeiten inkl. heißer Quellen, das inklusive traditionelle Mehrgänge Menü sowohl zum Frühstück als auch Abendessen, oder auch die Gewohnheit, die Schuhe schon am Eingang auszuziehen - hier stimmt alles. Und das Personal ist Mega bemüht und Dank Translator App konnten wir sehr gut kommunizieren. Der Koch hat, nachedem wir am Check-Inn gesagt haben, dass ein Gast Veganer ist, innerhalb kurzer Zeit für alle Abende und Frühstück eas tolles, traditionell japanisches gezaubert. Auch, wenn wir erst mühsam erklären mussten, was vegan bedeutet🤗
Einzig wer gerne eine eigene Dusche auf dem Zimmer hätte, oder eine europäische Frühstücksvariante sucht, ist hier falsch.

源泉掛け流しのお風呂がとにかく良かった。
硫黄の香りがして、部屋にいる時も温泉を感じられリラックス出来ました。コーヒーも自由に飲めて、食事も美味しかった。

It was me and my 18 year old son at the end of a beatiful 2 weeks tour in Japan. We wanted to experiment a Ryokan and it has been a really wonderful fully japanese experience. Thanks also to the warm welcome of the staff. They have been so nice, warm with us that we'll keep their memory back in Italy with us. The elegantly served dinner has been beautiful for the eyes and taste. It has been a ritual as well as breakfast and the staff gently was there for helping us understand each plate and how best to enyoj it. The onsen was nice and with a relaxing view on mountains and trees, especially the women one. I enjoyed a lot at night with lights turned off and a relaxing atmosphere. We were celebrating my son 18 birthday with this holiday that was my gift to him and the staff offered us a nice surprise at dinner: a special birthday sweet and fruit plate off the normal course! My son said he eat the best kiwi ever in his life!! And in the morning it eas so touching to talk to them and have them interested in our best experience of the place! We thank you again for the unexpected gift of bringing us to see M. Fujii: with you it has been all nicer!!! Would love to come back again. Clara and Nico

The food and staff were a highlight for us.

今まで食べたことがないような料理が満載でした。味にうるさい妻も大変喜んでました。掃除もきれいに行き届いてました。夏ですと、大文字の山焼きがきれいに見えるそうです。
