Castletroy Park Hotel Suites

The neighboring Aces restaurant were amazing

I stayed in the suites. Very good but shower was boiling hot even on cold setting

Great staff! the rooms and property were fantastic and the whole experience with the Castleroy Park Hotel was exceptional. The rooms were perfect and very well equipped!

Very comfortable stay. The suite with Kitchenette very handy.

Good location quick and easy check in/out

Stayed in suite but sadly my car was vandalised in the hotel car park which put a bad end to my stay. Significant damage costing £1750 worth of damage to mirrors lights etc. the changing rooms at pool are old fashioned and need some tlc. Food is average. Buffet breakfast was barely warm! Air con unit dripped water all night n the suite! However the suites are massive. Nice and clean.

I like the bar in the hotel food was good, cappuccinos are beautiful. The suites is where I stayed very spacious, king bed was uncomfortable. Mold in the bathroom, leaking shower hose. Broken toilet paper holder. Kitchenette was nice maybe descale the kettle. I didn’t complain I was only there for 4 nights. The saff are very nice.

Castletroy Park & Suites was lovely, had friendly and helpful staff and were very welcoming. Their breakfast buffet was quite good for a routine hotel breakfast. Their lunch and dinner dining was adequate but not spectacular.
The room was comfortable and had a nice little kitchenette.

Amazing staff working in hotel!

Lovely 2 night stay in the luxury suites. So much space for a family of 4. Leisure facilties and breakfast were great too.

The main hotel was beautiful and comfortable - we switched to rooms there after discovering that the suites (which are in a separate building) didn't have elevators. The receptionists were super helpful and responsive, and it made for a wonderful stay. The restaurant/bar was delicious and the servers were all amazing.

Arrived at hotel 2 hours after check in time, and suite was not ready. Got our suite at 6pm when we went in ans checked it out, the window would not close and there was heavy draft. Complained and got moved to a lower suite next to the laundry room. Noisy during the day but ok as I was at work. Rooms outdated and front door does not lock in the suites so slights safety concern. Food in the bar was very average and well below many other properties I stayed in while working in limerick for 9 months. The pleasure centre is well outdated and old. Black Mould in all of the men’s showers which to me should be a priority to get cleaned. Would I stay here again, no, far better options and prices around limerick.

Glad to be a Silver Member. Received free breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with the suite that was very spacious. It had a fridge and air conditioner (which many Ireland hotels don't have), and full kitchenette.

We wish we could have stayed long enough to enjoy the hotel more.

Feedback...when we first pulled off road into driveway...we could not see any signage that indicated where the front of the hotel was, along with the check-in desk. Instead...we went into first parking lot area and saw a dirty receiving dock along with garbage and linen area. Better signage might help with directions and give a better first impression.

My husband and I stayed in one of their suites for just the one night. It was very spacious and handy to have a kitchenette. The king bed was sooo comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with great variety. Wish I could have stayed longer

The room was really big, and new. However, the bathroom wasn’t clean. The staff is snobbish. We didn’t feel welcome here.

Always good to stay at Castletroy Hotel Suites. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I always book the suites when I can because of the extra room and comfort

Nice hotel With lovely staff, but "luxury suites" we're lacking the luxury. Bed was large but there was a gap between even though was supposed to be a king bed and other side was really worn (sank in the middle where people have been sleeping). Not many tv channels but use of Netflix. I would definitely take a room at the hotel next time if coming back. Suite was spacious and had a fridge and a microwave so handy for someone with small children but you need to cross a road to get to the hotel. Breakfast was very average.
