Pros:

大阪市内中心部の割にリーズナブルなこと。
部屋が清潔なこと。
アメニティが充実していること。とくにミネラルウォーターはありがたい。

Cons:

夜、雨の音が気になった。
向かいのコインパーキングに当ホテルと提携しているとの記載のある貼り紙があったが、実際は提携していない。
アプリにチェックアウト時は玄関のタブレットで操作するようメッセージが来たが、実際は必要ない。

Awesome hotel with spacious rooms, great location, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent sized room for our family of 4. There is an elevator. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and modern with a heater in the shower to dry clothes. The location is close to subway stations and shops. There is friendly staff who stay on the 2nd floor during the day. Even though this hotel is self check-in, Nakanishi (the glasses-wearing staff member) came to the main entrance to greet us upon our arrival and helped us with the check-in process. He even brought us umbrellas one morning when he noticed we were heading out on a rainy day. Excellent friendly service Nakanishi!

Cons:

The studio layout felt cramped for four people. The two double beds were pushed very close together, making it crowded and difficult for those in the middle to get in and out. A two-bedroom apartment would have been a better fit for our family.
