Joli hôtel dans quartier calme
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner continental dans son ensemble à l'exception du jus d'orange qui semblait être de la poudre aromatisée et non un jus pressé. Nous avons également aimé la taille de la chambre familiale. Merci à la réception qui a accepté de nous changer de chambre pour ne pas être côté rue (car même dans les hôtels chers, l'absence d'isolation semble être la norme).

Pros:

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Staff was outstanding, communicative and accommodating. Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms.

Really different, interesting, luxurious hotel
Pros:

Great location, the neighbourhood felt very safe and is beautiful, a lovely place to walk through. The staff are really exceptional, so helpful with everything. The hotel itself is quirky and unique but luxurious too. The art is fabulous and the drinks at the cool rooftop bar are exceptional.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, not quite as elevated as the rest of the experience.

TODO!! DIVINO!!! Limpio! Organízado!! Es una GALERÍA DE ARTE PRECIOSA que combina lo vintage con lo moderno!! Llena de VIDA ! De color !! Es un ambiente encantador !! Volveremos sin duda

Hay muy poca luz en nuestra habitación lo que dificulto algo la estancia. El espejo en el baño - muy muy poco iluminado.

After 3 nights we couldn't bear it anymore any checked out despite full payment for 6 nights.
Pros:

Location in Polanco very good, but hotel on the corner of noisy roads.

Cons:

The hotel insisted on payment in advance of 50% of the cost despite booked on booking.com as payment on arrival. Very bad idea.
The (most expensive of all rooms) room was on the ground floor with thin single windows. Extremely noisy from street trafic. Hardly any daylight and zero view.
Bathroom not heated and very very cold. Warm water only after water running for 5 minutes.
