Lo primero, el hotel está en una primera planta, lo cual es bastante incomodo. La chica de recepción un encanto, la verdad.
La plaza adonde dan todas las habitaciones no tiene ningún atractivo. Nada más subir a la habitación las sabanas estaban sucias, lo comunicamos y al rato subieron y las cambiaron por otras, también sucias y las volvieron a cambiar. Pero ya no estábamos a gusto y decidimos irnos, teníamos para dos noches, pero nos fuimos, lo comunicamos y básicamente nos dijeron adios, sin más.

立地も良く、周辺観光も徒歩圏内。トレド駅の往復も歩けました。古い歴史ある建物のようではありましたが、清潔で水回りもとても綺麗でした。
スタッフのかたもとても親切で、英語もスペイン語もダメな私にもわかりやすい英語で会話していただいたので、不自由はありませんでした。ありがとうございました。

L'hotel è davvero stupendo, curato nei minimi dettagli, situato nella piazza principale della città ma, nonostante la vivacità e il rumore esterno, insonorizzato alla perfezione dunque molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Le camere e il bagno spaziosi, puliti e dotati di ogni confort. Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto sorridente. All'ultimo piano c'è una terrazza con una vista spettacolare, soprattutto all'imbrunire. La sera se vuoi puoi portarti del cibo e qualcosa da bere e goderti il meraviglioso panorama!
Alla struttura avrei dato un 10 e lode se non fosse per la colazione che, nonostante i prodotti di qualità, non ti consente la varietà che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle di quel livello. Ti viene servita al tavolo in un vassoio nel quale sono presenti, per persona, un uovo sodo, della frutta fresca, uno yogurt (del quale il gusto è scelto dallo staff), un succo (sempre scelto dal personale), un paio di croissant piccoli, del pane tostato, marmellata e una fetta di formaggio e prosciutto e naturalmente le bevande calde. Sinceramente avrei rivisto questo aspetto che secondo me penalizza un pochino questo hotel davvero fantastico.
