La ubicación, el trato… con la que más hablamos en con María que nos preparaba el desayuno. En pleno centro del casco antiguo de Toledo, pocas habitaciones y un hotel con encanto … recomendable al 100%
Todo perfecto… ningún pero.
El personal muy amable, agradecida con Aitana, Michelle y Maria, todas muy amables. Tenían muy buenas sugerencias de hacer en Toledo. La señora de la limpieza también muy amable, pero no recuerdo su nombre, dale mi reconocimiento.
A la hora de salir solicité ayuda para un taxi a trenes y aunque lo hice con 45 minutos de tiempo el taxi no llegaba, la chica pidió y tuvo que llamar varias veces, llegó muy justo y por 1 minuto casi pierdo el tren, sugiero que los taxi tengan una mejor comunicación con los hoteles para evitar inconvenientes.
Al ser un hotel en un edificio protegido hay que subir un tramo de escaleras hasta llegar a la recepción

Need to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs to main lobby. Not a big deal problem for us, but may be difficult for some, especially if they have large suitcases
