Amazing
Pros:

The facility is in the center of town with easy access to everything around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to provide support for us. The room is clean. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend it

Lovely hotel right on Plaza de Zocadover
Pros:

The location was fantastic on Plaza de Zocodover. The rooftop tables were an unexpected bonus - great place to have a snack or a drink and take in the view! The receptionist was wonderful and gave us a thorough introduction to everything and bent over backwards to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The room itself was a bit small and spare, but that's to be expected in this location at this pricepoint. We were very happy with the room and the hotel. Not a big deal, but the elevator stops at the 1st floor, so you have to use stars to get up from or down to the exit.
