La ubicación perfecta, el personal de recepción muy atentos, la limpieza excelente. La habitación perfecta.

Cons:

Teníamos pagado el desayuno de los dos días de estancia. Pero el último día por horario de tren no podíamos desayunar en el hotel, solicitamos un desayuno para llevar y cuando nos íbamos no teníamos nada preparado, el hotel nos ha llamado para pedir disculpas, pero considero que nos deberían abonar ese desayuno para 2 personas que no hemos recibido

Estuvimos muy agusto, el personal fue muy atento, la ubicación es perfecta y el desayuno esta muy bien. La terraza ofrece muy buenas vistas del Alcazar por la noche. Sin duda volveremos :)

Cons:

Nos hubiera gustado que la tele tuviera alguna plataforma de streaming u opción de chromecast y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho

Buena elección, para repetir.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación para visitar Toledo, cerca de todo. Situado en una plaza muy bulliciosa y sin embargo se puede disfrutar del silencio dentro del hotel, tranquilo y bien insonorizado. Buen descanso y baño. Todo el personal extremadamente amables y atentos, un trato muy familiar.

Cons:

Un poco molesta, avisado previamente, la entrada con escaleras a la recepción en el primer piso. Entendible tratándose de un edificio histórico y estando correctamente avisado.

리셉션 직원들이 모두 너무 친절하고 모든 요구에 적극적으로 도움을 주려고 했고 광장에 면해 있어서 어느 곳을 가더라도 편리했다.들어와 쉬었다 가기도 좋았다

없다.엘리베이터가 있다고 나와 있었는데 리셉션까지는 계단이어서 당황했지만 도움벨을 누르면 와서 짐을 옮겨준다.
