Pros:

Got to the hotel and was met by the security guard. The hotel is closed. Had to find another hotel. :(

Pros:

The hotel was a bit futher out of town making it a quite location and close to the airport, it was an easy trip to pub street about $2 (usa) 8K riel, Staff on the ball with service with a smile.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent service and staff hotel very clean with excellent breakfasts would definitely stay there again and recommend to fellow travellers.The decor of hotel is very tastefully designed with lots of local polished wood and artefacts.We never felt like we were staying in a hotel more of a homely feeling.

Pros:

シェムリアップ空港の出迎えを頼んで、了解メールも届いていたにもかかわらず、出迎えなし。
2部屋予約が1部屋しか予約を受けていないと言われ、リクエストし了解してもらっていたツインルームも到着したらダブルルーム。エキストラベッドを入れてもらう事で了解し外出。戻ると一部屋だけしかセットされておらず脱力した。
ただ、その対応したスタッフ？以外はみなさんちゃんとした対応をしてくれ、この評価をつけなければならない事が残念。
なお、新しいホテルだが、浴室内の排水溝から臭いがして部屋に広がっていた。

Pros:

Hotel is a bit away from the city center but you can arrange a tuk tuk, cambodia's version of a taxi.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Arrange a temple tour through the hotel that ended up much more affordable than expedia's tour guides.
