Amazing view and standard
Pros:

They are the iconic towers so obviously the view the standard all was really good worth a stay

Cons:

I only had issue with staff they were not 5 star Standard, initially very welcoming but then everyone had a slight attitude

Pros:

Odalarda temizlik iyiydi ve konfor üst seviye de idi. Resepsiyon çok iyi. Oda girişinde çok kolaylık sağladılar. Konum ve manzara güzel. Güvenli.

Cons:

Kapalı havuz küçük ve ortam biraz pisti. Açık havuz içinde çok hayal kurmayın. Otel havuz kullanımı için çok başarılı değildi.

Werde nie wieder im diesem Hotel übernachten
Pros:

Weir hatten nur ein schöner Ausblick, dass ist auch alles, was in diesem Hotel schön war

Frühstück Auswahl war sehr schlecht.

Die Gäste haben von dem Buffet fast alle sich mit der Hand bedient. Wir haben sogar einige gesehen, dass die, was sie auf dem Teller schon mitgenommen haben, mit Hand wieder auf dem Theke zurückgestellt haben. Nachdem wir gefragt haben, warum das so ist, das wir sowas nicht mögen. Man hat uns nur gesagt!!! wir können Kunden nicht sagen, dass sie nicht mit dem Hand essen soll. Ich musste wirklich jeden Tag draußen frühstücken.

Os funcionários da recepção e camareiros pouco preparados, tive que pedir para repor amenities, nao deixaram toalhas de rosto , não repuserem café…

Hotel maravilhoso mas tem que melhorar.
Pros:

Gostei muito da localização, das dependências, principalmente o quarto, café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

Primeira coisa que não gostei é que ficamos esperando a limpeza do quarto até as 16 horas e nada de me darem as chaves, pois trocou o turno e não passaram que estávamos esperando, tivemos que correr atrás, outra coisa, um dia não deixaram toalha de rosto, nosso bidê não escoava a água, não repuseram sabonete líquido, demoraram muito a nos atender no quarto quando foi solicitado.
