Key cards can be issued via a check-in machine at another address (Seeger Living Comfort Downtown entrance, Karlstraße 42-44, 76133 Karlsruhe). Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.

Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.

Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for a an extra charge

Pros:

Lage ist ok

Cons:

Kein Empfang, CheckIn Automat über 1km entfernt, Licht im Eingangsberich hat nicht funktioniert, kein Toilettenpapier bei Ankunft vorhanden, keine Heizung im Bad und die Heizung im Zimmer hat auch nicht funktioniert obwohl es Nachts einstellige Temperaturen gab, WLAN funktionierte schlecht (mein Smartphone flog regelmäßig raus und wenn ich doch mal verbunden war ohne Internet), sauber war es nur mäßig im Bad an der Wanne eine Schimmelecke und eine Steckdose neben dem Bett hing halb aus der Wand. Für eine Nacht ok aber nie wieder.

kurzfristig gebucht für 1 Nacht

Cons:

Matratze (Federkern) entweder alt oder schlecht. Man spürte jede einzelne Feder.
Das Bad ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard (verstaubte
Rohrleitungen unterhalb des Waschbeckens, Steckdose neben Waschbecken bietet Sicherheitsrisiko, da die angeschraubte Steckdose kleiner ist als die Öffnung an der Wand).
Mobiliar insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen (oder Billigmöbel, die nicht lange halten).
Im Flur roch es extrem nach Rauch. Nebenan wohnen scheinbar Mieter (Namensschilder).

Küchenzeile in Ordnung, allerdings kaum Geschirr. Wurde allerdings nicht von mir genutzt.

Für den Preis inakzeptabel.

Pros:

Zentral, Ausstattung wie beschrieben, sauber, Check-In und Check-Out problemlos

Cons:

Leider recht laut inklusive Nachtbaustelle und Wassergeräusche von den Rohren/der Toilette, als ob dauerhaft ein Wasserhahn kurz aufgedreht wird muss. Der Kühlschrank war sauber, hat aber sehr stark gerochen

Lift access to the apartament

Cons:

WiFi was not available- Connected for a bit on 1st day then it did not work. Washing machine was listed in booking description but was not in my apartment

Pros:

Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, hell und freundlich mit Badewanne.
Es liegt direkt an der Strassenbahnhaltestelle und man ist in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof

Cons:

Schlüsselkarte muss an einem anderen Ort abgeholt werden, bisle mühsam nach einer langen Reise

Perfeito, voltaria mais vezes se pudesse
Pros:

Anfitrião atendeu as minhas necessidades, o trem passa na frente do prédio e há mercado logo na esquina, e alguns kioskes que ficam apertos até 1am.

Tudo limpo, organizado e aconchegante, check in tem que fazer na máquina você mesmo em outro prédio mas é mais cômodo, assim quando estiver com pressa nao precisa esperar tanto..
